Hey all, just wanted to check in again with a quick update. Implant life is awesome. No more worrying about going soft. Definitely can have sex whenever, though it tends to be better if it's been a day or two in between (glans and shaft gets more engorged etc). I've been experimenting with cock rings to enhance the fullness of the shaft and glans; I attached a pic of me with a stretchy ring behind my cock and balls, implant inflated of course. My balls are retracted a bit in this pic so you can definitely see the titan pump bulging out of my ball sack. Cheers everyone and I hope you are all doing really great.

My reservoir is down in my pubic area, under where the pubes grow, close to where my left leg starts. Almost in the "armpit" area between left leg and dick. If I press in that area I can just barely feel that there's something there that isnt present on the other side, but it's certainly not visible or able to be felt for anyone else.

The only place I can feel tubes is if I press my fingers in the area down under my dick between my two balls. On the underside and below the base of my dick. The top of the dick, as well as left and right side, don't have any tubes that I can feel. Obviously the pump is also present in the ball sack.

Never noticed anything from tubes or pump while having sex, including being balls deep inside etc. I imagine when I'm in that deep, the pump probably gets pushed a little bit along with it's other two brothers it shares a ballsack with. But the tubes attached to the pump are flexible so I don't notice it at all.

Can you tell me what Dr Eid (rather than your own measurement) measured your pre-op length as? I am trying to work out what pre-op size warrants a 24cm implant.

Yeah man, he injected me with alprostadil the day before surgery for the measurement, and measured me at 6.5". After 4 weeks, I'm now at 7.25" when fully aroused and with engorged glans. There is still a lot of pain when fully pumped so I'm sure it will grow more as time goes on.

Interesting. I was always 6.5 but put on some weight and it reduced me to 6. I know it's the weight cos after losing 14 pounds I am now at 6.25. Im gonna lose another 14 to bring it back to 6.5. This is all from skin pressed rather than bone pressed if you get me. I am not sure if any of this makes a difference to Eid's measurements but want to make sure its doesnt muddy the waters. And sure losing fat is always a good thing!

You are 7.25 after being 6.5? Are you thinking the implant has increased your size then?

I'm going to try that because I've definitely gained about 15 pounds and lost 2 inches since my surgery 4 months ago. I'm trying all the stretching and pulling techniques to regain the length and more girth like the advertising indicated for the Titan.

Yes Dr Eid did a dopplar ultrasound the day before surgery. He injected me with alprostadil and them checked my dick with the ultrasound machine. He was able to see some blood flow problems with the test. At that point I didn't care though, regardless of what the test said I knew I was not able to get and maintain a good erection.

Looks healthy! How does it look and feel without the ring on? Just slightly less engorged, or is it a noticeable difference?
