Constriction rings is your way to go.
BTW I hope you are aware of the rule "use it or lose it" so soft erection may not be sufficient to maintain healthy penile tissue. Check with your uro and perhaps start daily usage of VED pump. Unlikely it will improve the condition but at least will prevent the tissue degradation.

Higher estrogen is an erection softener. It is like you are getting to a certain level of erectness and cant get any further. That is hormonal. But if we respond to a softer penis with anxiety, that only compounds the problem..

Softer erections are a vicious cyclical problem and the solution is so to sort it all out hormonally and evaluate your emotions when it happens. It is not an easy problem to solve unless you resort to cock rings, the PDE5 drugs (if they work for you) and lots of time and patience on your wifes part.

Schedule an app't with your internist/GP for a complete physical, including blood chemistry profile which should include T-levels and Free T levels. Confer with the doc about the results of your exam and blood tests and see what he or she recommends. Ask questions about pumps, pills, and injections. If, indeed, it's time to be referred to a urologist, do not pass "Go"; do not collect $200. Git 'er done.

hi greg.. youre 100% right. my current uro suggested months ago to get an implant, but he said i was too young for it. noneltheless, i didnt respect his answer. so i'm looking for a new uro. i'm thinking about seeing a Bioidentical Honrnone Replacement Therapist (BHRT) for an indepth hormone eval.

also, i came across a clinic in california that does stem cells and prp. a few people i talked to who have ED and peyronies had it done and swear by it. its expensive but i'll check it out.

let me know what you think of these approaches.

My erections could be harder. That's typical of venous leak. I use Viagra and a constriction ring. Lately I have been taking 100 mg Kamagra nightly from ADC, which seems to help the quality of my erections.
