Quad Mix vs Trimix

Postby NorCal707 » Thu Jun 02, 2022 2:34 am

I know quad mix has 4 ingredients. For users that have switched to quadmix from Trimix…what’s the difference? Fuller more stable erections? Fuller?

Thanks
38 year old male, ED onset early 30s. Viagra and Cialis did not work well. Experience with Edex and Trimix 80. Now on Quad Mix 60/2/30/.15

I switched to Quadmix when Trimix started to fail more times than work. It was good at first, a much smaller dose got me hard. No difference in length or girth or time. Unfortunately, since I had been using Trimix for a few years and I guess my body was already becoming immune to the mixes, Quadmix only worked for me for a few months. Had to up the dose to get hard and then it began to cause failures.

Seems like everyone who moves to quadmix tells that same story. It works for a very brief period then you're done. I've yet to read a report from someone who kept happily using quadmix for years. If you are ordering quadmix, might as well go ahead and schedule your implant surgery.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

This is very interesting!

I have been wondering when do you make the big decision to go for a implant. Many say stay with injections as long as they work; however, other say "I wish I had gone for the implant years earlier." I understand this is a hard decision for everyone and no one except you can make the decision. Like every one, I don't want to have regrets either way.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

Yes it is a big decision. But for me I wish it could have been done before I started taking Viagra. When pills started failing it was like suffering through ED again, and the bad side effects giving me migraines. The other bad was do I take a pill tonight or not? Then injections, I hated shoving a needle full of who knows what into my dick. And that was always break the mood to go inject. When injections began to fail it was another round of ED. Depressing as hell.
This morning my wife woke me up rubbing my tummy then lower. In 30 seconds I was pumped and ready to satisfy her. It just doesn't get better than that, unless there was a way to get my 20 year old dick back! No actually this is better than my 20 year old dick, it don't go down after I cum!

Typically Quadmix is prescribed when you are at the top end of the concentration of TriMix and taking large doses.
There is a wide variety of experiences. Some are stable on the same dose of medication for ages. Others escalate pretty quickly. Some eventually have injections become less and less effective even at max doses of the strongest concentrations.

I have found that using a good quality cock ring (not a constriction ring used with a vacuum pump, but a regular cock ring) let’s me use a smaller dose of injection with good results. It’s likely venous leak is part of the cause of my ED and the cockring helps keep the blood that goes to my cock when I’m erect from leaving so easily.

If you haven’t tried that, give it a chance. Buy a couple different varieties of cock rings and see what works. A thick silicon rubber cockring that goes under my balls but over the base of my cock works best for me and is comfortable to wear.
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Tried both Trimix and Quadmix (150/20/200/2), up to 50 units, with mediocre results: enlargement, but no firmness. What made a bit of difference were testosterone injections, after I started those penetration became possible, though with some effort.
Cock ring doesn't help.

I have read some posts by other members of this forum who have been able to do successfully inject for 12 years or more before becoming bionic. So, for some, injections can work for a longer period that merely a couple of years.
