I damaged my penis from penis pump

In 2012 i pump by home made one with very high preasure and i damage some thing inside i do not know it and i am now 30 years old. I think i need implant.
My concern i due to lack of sensation inside but i can cum. Do you think if i get implant i will lose the ability of ejaculation.? Do think i will get infection.i damage my entire life by over pumping.
I damaged my peins 2012 by enlargment exersise by home made penis pump. 2 penile doppler with normal result and 1 cavernosography with normal result.

You have not said if you have tried pills or injections.
I feel they must be tried first before even thinking about an implant.
Yes you can still ejaculate after an implant.
