Do you have the same girth with the titan as before the implant?

My original girth was as it is now is 5.5". I used Trimix for 12 years and gained over an inch in girth :o during that time, it was a real nice handful. I was hoping to keep that girth with the implant but that didn't happen which is OK. I would rather have a hard 5.5" x 5.5" then a soft 6.6" x 4" (GxL) dick. I'm very happy.

Thanks for the comparison. Did the doc say why the angle changed after implant?

My measurements for each:
Natural length 8.5”, girth 6”
CX length 8.5”, girth 5”
Titan length 7”, girth 5.5”

Hopefully will get back some length with cycling. As for angle it seams my internal structure is short which leads to a down angle. Not sure why the titan is worse but will question Dr at 6 month follow up.

Your Titan length and girth will surely increase as you continue to cycle as mine did.

Did you get your length back with the Titan? Also any explanation for the down angle especially with the Titan?
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

I have not gained any length back as I stopped cycling. My wife has closed up shop so no need there. I also started getting sciatic nerve compression with hard inflation. Not common, but the nerve is in proximity to the proximal end of the implant. My anatomy is such that when I inflate, my leg hurts and my foot goes numb. What next…?

I am also wondering why the angle is going down every time you have an implant. I have never heard a (convincing) justification about the angle after implant by any top surgeon. Just unpredictable. Very good-looking dick though!
