Almost there!

Postby MR1960 » Thu Apr 25, 2013 1:16 am

I am finally scheduled for an implant, finally after trying to get cardio clearence,

and having an abnormal test result, which led me having another cath. thankfully

no stents were needed, but the post procedure complication was a bitch, as I has

some leakage in the wrist from the cath, which felt like a rather nasty sprain of

the wrist........ that said I finally got the clearence that was required and today I

had the consult for scheduling. Surgery is scheduled for May 23 , at Hanneman in

Philadelphia and Dr. Garber is performing the procedure.......... Deep breath......

Congratulations. Give yourself time to heal and get over the soreness and you are going to be like a kid with a new toy. My prayers are with you.

Howard,
Dr. Garber is well known and you shouldn't have any concerns ... keep us posted of your progress.
