6.9 Million Cycles
Re: 6.9 Million Cycles
There's one study of I think less than a thousand patients and it showed that the LG X lasted an average of 29 months the CX lasted 39 months the Titan lasted 48 months
LGX 18cm+3cmRTE 8 / 8/18 by Docs Saracino , Prody of FL Disfigured by Implant. Married 31 years, Functionally impotent 2+ years. 4" day of surgery now 7" inflated after VED 6.5" without. Pump moved 12/4/18 by Dr Kata

Jesus, what’s the bloody point of such a treatment modality if it only lasts 2 years

Re: 6.9 Million Cycles
just see the many reviews on FT, even those who are out of FT I assume they have the same results, if we then put it on the discourse that either you take that or nothing is another matter, but the story of 10 years in me stinks a lot

I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.

I think DougAnd's post is more true, it is said that a plant has an average life of 10 years, for me 10 years are lies, just see FT users, 90% have at least one revision in the round 3 years old, and those out of FT I don't think are doing better

Re: 6.9 Million Cycles
there are some who make it to ten years. but that is a bit like winning the IPP lottery that said my LGX is going on 4 years. went to the doc to discuss a revision because my pump would not get me hard. the AMS pump has a bypass mode. new it was very difficult to get into bipass unless you locked it. now the pump is softer and I can bipass more easily. thought the pump was failing. the doc inflated me very slowly, said that quick squeezes were a common error. so pump is fine. hoping for ten years

With the greatest of respect I think that’s quite short-sighted.
First off, this is an Internet forum. Where else are people with botch jobs and issues gonna go to get that off their chest and seek help.
Secondly, peer reviewed papers can’t be faked. Well, by and large they’re not anyway.
Thirdly, if it were really so bad, it wouldn’t even exist as a treatment option.
Lastly, I’ve spoken with at least 10 implantees who’ve had theirs over 5 years and going strong.
I think you’re just jaded about it all. Which is understandable.

37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

the same thing I think, very few reach 10 years, the prosthesis is a mechanical tool, how many new cars do not need a mechanic before 10 years? few

I can’t be bothered to dispute this with you, dude. Think what you want. And good luck to you.

do not take it my friend, everyone has their own thoughts, even if I will end up with an implant in a short time, if it were as they say why not give a 10 year guarantee on everything? instead in Italy 5 on ams and 10 coloplast, only on the device, everything else which is the highest cost is all at the patient's expense, could someone enlighten me?
