Good, the waiting times aren't that long. Will you take a virtual visit or a visit to their offices?

In person for both. I don't want there to be any guessing here.

I had a virtual with Eid in January and at the time he didnt think there was anything wrong with the implant from what he could see via the web cams. When I saw him in person it was a different story, hence his recommendation for a second opinion with Dr. Cordon. Eid still thinks that its mostly cosmetic, but I just can't shake the feeling that its not. I'll try to remember to upload a new picture tomorrow when I'm laying down, the curve is quite noticeable then. I don't blame Eid for not being able to notice anything during the virtual, I'll admit myself that it would be difficult to notice the main problems virtually.

Yes the wait times are good right now. I was worried they would be 4+ months out, but 1-1.5 months isn't bad at all.

Interestingly, the receptionist for Dr. Hakky said that the initial consultation could be up to 1 hour long. I'm impressed they are willing to allocate that much time to an initial visit.

I'll provide updates again after the Hakky visit.

Quick update:

As I mentioned before, while inflating and up to about the 20th pump, the left cylinder wont inflate. After the 20th pump it does inflate and mostly catches up to the right cylinder.

Last night I discovered a "knot" in my left cylinder right up against my abdomen. This is knot is the cylinder and not my actual tissue.

I squeezed this knot to try to flatten it, and as I did so, it kind of "popped" (didnt actually pop), and it appears that the built up saline that was trying to make its way into my left cylinder now was able to and the left cylinder filled out a bunch.

Now, this didn't fix my issue at all, I still have a dent/curvature and the left cylinder doesnt go as far into my glans as my right. However, it was very interesting to see this happen, and it makes me think that this is in fact a kink and not my peyronies flaring up again (although i understand both could be happening at the same time).

I tried this again this morning. Same thing. Pumped up a bunch, squeezed the not flat, and the left cylinder filled with backed up saline.

Would love to hear to hear opinions on this. Either way, Hakky update incoming next weak.

Dr Cordon is penal-scrotal. He did my implant on June 1 st. Still a bit sore on full inflation but am very happy. He spent the time before surgery and from what I can tell during surgery. Zero issues from my point of view. I had my 30 day checkup w him on Friday and I am cleared for sex, pool, gym(I had already started that) and back to normal.

Just as an FYI, my initial consult was 20 mins with Billy Cordon but he scheduled 2 tests which were done at later dates after the initial consult.

I am also looking at having him do Phallofill on me but he suggested waiting 3 months post implant surgery.

@frank66665

Waiting a couple more days to "fu*k" but so far JO is normal and feels soo good. I read on another post that not inflating to 100% during the early days of resuming sex makes it a bit less sore. Sort of buildup to 100% inflation for sex. :D

What were the 2 tests he asked for after the initial consultation. Also, can you tell me estimate cost (if self pay).

My ordeal may be different as I will be revision. Also interested in Phallofill.

He is a busy guy and he will be thorough but you may not get all the tests you need in one visit. He was honest about expectations. Of course I wanted the biggest implant they make. :D He talked me down and explained what is possible. He would push the limit but not to the point of risking good health.

I was insurance pay and mine was a first time implant so not a revision. I expect your costs will be different. I would try to avoid staying overnight in the hospital. That... added up very quickly.

A doppler was the first test to check blood flow and the second was a scope down the urethra. Because of Bimix/Trimix, I had some small nodules that he was concerned with but during the actual surgery they were a non event.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.

I appreciate all of the information. I like honest expectations, and I do not want to risk good health. I will absolutely avoid staying in the hospital.

I wont need a doppler and likely no urethra scope as I never used injections. I could see him ordering an MRI or something though. I will keep you updated.

Cnidium wrote:Hey gentleman.

I am young implantee, went with Eid in 2017 and have had an amazing time since. I had bad peyronie's from with scarring in my left corpora body that caused major curvature to the left (like a banana curve). The implant completely straightened out the curve.

The first 2.5-3 years my implant was perfectly straight. After a long period of not inflating I one day noticed a curve to the left again. I didn't think much of it at the time, and my gf didnt feel anything different. A few months later and discovered that the curve became more noticeable (or maybe I just had more mental space to think about my dick again, work can be nuts). The curving is no longer progressing, and it is reflected in the pictures in this thread. This curve is much more mild than may pre-implant peyronie curve, but still noticeable and gives me concern.

My gf at the time claimed that she could feel no difference during sex from this curvature, but she could in fact see the difference. Holding my dick in my hand I can absolutely feel something different. It feels like something is "wrong", or at least very different than what I started with because there is a major bulge out on the right clynder near my base while the left cylinder seems to be constricted. The other noticeable difference is that the left cylinder does not reach into my glans as far as my right one does anymore (although it still goes in the glans pretty well). When deflated, the right cylinder as much more play to it than the left. The right cylinder just seems to big bigger when deflated (see last pic), while the left feels tight and constricted. In general, not using my finger, I often feel like there is some kind of constriction going on near the left cylinder base where the curve starts. I dont think its the tubing, as the tubing as way into my abdomen. Lastly, my skin on my right side near the base feels more sore or almost like its stretching when I am inflating, almost as if the right cylinder is inflating so much more than my left side (which it clearly is). Both sides get rock hard.

My suspicions for what is occurring are (in order of what I think is most likely):
1. My corporal scarring came back and its preventing the left cylinder from inflating correctly (although most people will save a Titan should be immune to this).
2. There is something wrong with the left cylnder
3. There is some kind of kink in the left cylnder (i dont feel one) that prevents it from inflating completely, which i guess is basically point #2.

What I want is for my dick to me straight again and learn what i need to do (if anything) to prevent the curve from occurring in the future, so I will be scheduling an in person meeting with Eid for his opinion. I may also reach out to Hakky just to get a second opinion and to start a relationship with a future surgeon as I believe Eid is going to retire relative soon (maybe ~5 years iirc).

I'd love to know what you guys think about the curve, if you would take action on it, and what you think it possibly could be. Any ideas please throw them my way.

I will keep this thread updated as I take next steps with Eid, and post anything that I learn. Hopefully this can help other implantees if they ever have the same situation.

Hey I absolutely understand what you are saying. The 2 big concerns for me are 1. will this keep deteriorating, and 2. A potential risk of my right cylinder tip (which is now in the "center" of my dick because my dick curves to the left) poking my future partners during sex. My glans can be easily pushed to the left now exposing the right tip, but I'm not 100% sure if this would happen during sex or not (it didnt with my last partner but she is tall).

Since I have been cycling daily now, I have noticed that my right tip is protruding even further than my left. It makes me think that daily cycling has expanded my natural tissues and my right cylinder can expand with it, but something is constricting the left.

I am still very thankful for the implant and I have enjoyed everything I have been able to do with it. However, I want to make sure I correct any potential problems before they develop into something potentially worse.
