Hey men how are ye all doing...

ok my update is i'm nearly 7 weeks post implant, and it was fully deflated for the first 4 weeks so
i'm only pumping 3 weeks...

so when flaccid, i get engorgement and i'm now a 5" length..

i cant get engorement when pumped because i'm still at the uncomfortable/pain stage...
so no doubt when i reach the max pump and get the engorgement i'l be a bit more....

girth when pumped im 4" from base to head.... so hopefully that will improve with time too!!!

hey here's the 8\9 week update...

penis is about 5" when pumped and abit over that when masturbating when i get engorgement of the head..
the girth is still at 4" which is disappointing...

i'v been with afew lady's of the night to get my confidence up...
iv been able to have sex with the wetter/looser ones but unable for the tighter ones...
the reason for this is something that i taught would be a distant memory the old recurring problems of nerves/anxiety
i can get engorgement of the glans while masturbation but absolutely nothing when attempting sex....

Hi Irish...sounds like you are getting mixed results there! Why don't you try a low dose of viagra or cialis (daily cialis 5mg tabs)? If you want.... do yourself a favor and stay away from hookers man! I'm not judging you but that can mess with your head even more because your not getting the feedback from a woman who is mutually attracted to you... hookers are in it for money only and they get paid to let you use their bodies not to have sex with you in a way that's going to help you get past this psychological hurdle.

As far as glans bulking try to post on different areas on FT not only here on implants..such as general discussion or sexuality and create a new thread such as "glans bulking: has anyone had it done? " ..also if you look at dr eids website he has a comprehensive explanation on the procedure and you can email him on the site with any questions you may have...

You should not have "floppy head" even without glans engorgement. Best case I get a little glans engorgement. If I pump up without stimulation or arousal, I get none (of course). Even so I can get it rock hard all the way into the glans. Easily hard enough for penetration even when I'm not at the max. I haven't met a woman yet that even likes it pumped to the max.

Maybe the cylinders aren't getting far enough into the glans. Maybe they aren't long enough. Maybe there is some other problem?

Irishguy, I have a few suggestions for you.
1. I am 7 months post-op. Since the surgery I have found it helpful to always use some lubrication on the penis head to allow for easy entry, regardless of how well my wife is lubricated. Some lubrication might enchance the entry enough to overcome your problem. I use "KY Jelly", a product made for exactly that. In the U.S. such products are sold as "personal lubricants". If you are using a condom, one that comes with built in lubrication would do.

2. I do have some "hinge effect" in that the penis does not point in only one direction it swings up and down when inflated so is a bit difficult to get aimed for entry. Therefore it is necessary for either my wife or me to point it to the right place with one of our hands. It works best if my wife uses the fingers of one hand to point it to the right place, as she can best tell when it is aimed right. Once she gets it aimed right I can then push it in with no problem.

3. My urologist did mention that I might want to use Viagra along with the implant to get the head engorged but I have not found that necessary. Still you might try it until you get the hang of it.

Having the female involved be non-judgemental and helpful in getting the insertion done is a big help in the process. I can see how an experienced hooker could be better than a young lady with little sexual experience. On the other hand, having a partner that has figured out how to help you get it aimed can make every sexual outing work.

Keep experimenting with different techniques and I think you will find one that works with the bionic capability you have.

Irish guy something doesn't sound correct for you. I am working on my 11th week post surgery and have been using it since week five. My wife and I are making love 4 - 5 times a week. We do not use lubricant and I have no problem pushing it in. When pumped up I am hard all the way into the glans, and there is no floppy head syndrome. I don't know that I actually get glans ingorgement, but it is certainly not floppy. You might want to check back with your surgeon.

Thanks for help lads... So I will use lube and get viagra or daily cialis till the confidence grows!! Also I will send an email to my urologist and find out if this is normal... Or maybe the whole thing is I need way more time for recovery..... I still feel uncomfortable when pumped so I might not go Near a woman for awhile keep pumping and stretching the device..... Then get the Ed pills and lube..... Maybe I'm just too impatient with it... But ye can all understand why!! How long did it take ye to feel comfortable while well pumped??

Another thing to consider is the mental state of your lady. If she is apprehensive from this being her first time with someone with an implant that can make it a no go.

I don't have a repertoire of girls to pick from being a one woman man, when young and strong had trouble on the wedding night since my wife though quite willing was very nersous. Took forever to get it in and I even bent myself once while trying. Once we got her to relax enough everything went well. SOme ladies when nervous can tighten up so tight that you couldn't drive a railroad spike in with a sledge hammer. Most of the pros know how to relax.
