Penis feels suffocated by pump sleeve

1. Trim the inner sleeve opening till it's not so tight on you.
2. Shave around your pubic area where the sleeve makes contact.
3. Lube your dick, the inside of the sleeve, and around the outer edge where it contacts your public area.

It should seal then, plus be more comfortable for you..

I cant trim the inner sleeve. I already did steps 2 and 3. IS there a place to buy a bigger sleeve

What is your girth, what is the sleeve diameter i.d. & o.d.?
Why can't the i.d. be trimmed?
Yes there are larger and softer (silicone) sleeves. The one supplied with your pump is probably made of harder material. Do a search of larger pump sleeves.

I guess i could trim it. Doesnt yours now sabotage its ability to perform suction on the penis because of the way u cut it? it'd be more easy for me to order a bigger sleeve if you know of any. Also, i am not sure of the diamters but i will check tomorrow and let you know cuz i think that could be helpful to our conversation

Westerntown, no it still seals good. Before I trimmed it it was too tight on me, afterwards not too bad. Since then, through use, it has split a little around the inner edges some, but it still maintains a good seal. I am around 6" in girth normally, but when pumping I'm sure it goes a little over that. I bought another sleeve, but the material was actually a little stiffer so I don't use it. I thought about trimming it also but since my trimmed one works good I figured why bother. They make different ones, and I feel the silicone ones are probably softer, but again it depends on how thick they are.
You never did say what your girth is, and I assume it's larger than 6", so you're going to need a larger sleeve, you just don't want to go too big or you'll be vacuuming your testicles into the tube too. My cylinder has a 2" diameter, and I fill it pretty well, but I wouldn't want to go larger because of that. That's why I suggested trimming your sleeve, your cylinder is probably large enough, your sleeve is what's giving you the problem. The o.d. is fine, the i.d. is just too tight. Everyone's built different, sometimes you have to modify things to fit you!

Westerntiown: I use a very soft and stretchable universal pump sleeve, which is also very inexpensive on ebay. Just search on the following on ebay:

I would have provided the link, but it's way too long. I found this sleeve to be most comfortable that I've found and it's certainly worth giving it a try.

It might look that way but it's not uncomfortable at all. Like I said, if you can find one that's soft, and fits you, great.

PSSDorAmINormal: The hole is not really a hole but is an inside tube/sleeve and measures a little over 3/4 inch. Don't let the size deter you as it's very soft and stretchy.

When I used a VED, I found it was easy to get my scrotum and testicles sucked into the chamber if I didn't take care. But it was easy to avoid getting them sucked in if I pressed the VED chamber against my pubis very hard and made sure to keep the opening of the tube UP against the underside of my penis (where the scrotum attaches).

I never had a problem sucking my nuts into the tube if I did that.

I did have my pubic haiir trimmed as short as I could and never did have to use lube. The pressing the chamber against my pubis was enough to get a good seal. I do not know if the lack of lube helped keep my scrotal skin from migrating into the vacuum. Anyone might try vacuuming without lube to see if it helps to do it that way.

Once a good vacuum was established, pressing the chamber hard on my pubis was completely unnecessary. Hands-free worked just fine at that point.

I've tried to maneuver and position the cylinder like you say up against the underside of my penis, but when I do that I get a weird bulge of skin on the top side. I have attempted to pump without lubricant, but the penis drags and hangs on the cylinder walls. I ordered one of those pump donut cushions, so maybe that will help. Other than that I probably need a VED/pumping tutorial by an experienced pumper.

Shaking the vacuum tube might release your penis from dragging on the sides. Either that or just lubricate on the parts of the penis (or the inside of the tube) where sticking occurs. Many suggestions about lube seem to me to have the lube where the base of the VED meets the pubis, which to me, was not needed.

Yes, I got a bulge like that. But I found it to be no impediment. Just a little wierd-looking.

I think the donut cushion will probably help. Essenntially a gasket.
