Rondeb14,
First things first ... get your prostrate issues taken care of first ... an Implant is secondary at this point.

Sorry , prostrate was removed 4 years ago alone with radiation and hormone therapy
I tried all pills , shot , pump. Dr. Said insurance
Approved now I need to decide. He said one night at hospital and off work for a week. I'm wandering about size and how firm. When prostate was removed I lost some in length.

Rondeb14,

I am a fellow Prostate Cancer Survivor who was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 after developing
ED Post-Open Radical Prostatectomy in February 2004.
The Implant completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
We were High School Sweethearts and celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary on September 8, 2012.
We are both grateful that I decided to proceed with my Implant.
That being said, the final decision is yours and yours alone.
Best Wishes,

Bob

Hey Rondeb14,
Welcome aboard, I can't talk about the p.c. end of it but as someone who suffered ED at a young age (37 and implanted at 41) I would say one of my wiser decisions.
I wish you the best in your journey and decision.

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant. As for how firm ... you will be harder than a 20 yr. old.
