Yes. I have heard flacid penitration as stuffing.
As with many things that pertain to sex it depends on the relationship. A understanding mate makes so much possible.
A married or long term couple can struggle through difficult times and the partner can be very patient and understanding.

One night stands or FWB's are different.

I agree a committed partner in a stable relationship makes a world of difference. I have also heard so many stories as the mans dick starts failing the woman starts drifting further away in the relationship.
