Yeah, I don't know. Was the second injection given for the purpose of bringing it down?

I wouldn't know but I'd start out low and then work your way up. The dose by cc or unit is dependent on how much of the drug you need and the potency of the mix. A stronger mix means a smaller volume of mix.

Did trimix cause scaring?

Yes it can cause scaring and fibrosis. If it happens to you and how quickly is anybody's guess. Some guys are very susceptible to scaring and fibrosis and some aren't.

It may also be dependent on the makeup of your mix. Some ingredients of tri-mix are reportedly mor problematic than others. The alprostadil (PGE1) seems the least likely to cause scaring or fibrosis but is the most likely to cause pain.

Some guys can't tolerate much alprostadil. Some can't tolerate any. Some guys have some pain but find it tolerable. Some guys initially have pain but eventually come to tolerate it well without pain.

IMHO, I'd want to try a straight alprostadil mix first. However it's not as easy to get and not all doctors prescribe it. I believe alprostadil mono-mix is still the only FDA approved drug for this purpose in the form of expensive proprietary versions such as Edex or Caverject.

How long can i use it before the injection did not Work?

Only time will tell. I'm at 11 years (alprostadil mono-mix) without issue at about the same dose as starting.
