Bringing Trimix into the bedroom

Hi all,

I have mild/moderate ED which hasn't responded well to oral PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra & Cialis) so I'm going with the nuclear option of Trimix injections. Gave myself my first injection of 5 units the night before last and was pleased to discover it wasn't painful at all; more scary than painful (I hate needles).

5 units got me pretty hard in about 15 minutes and kept me hard for about 50 minutes at which point I had a solo orgasm (was doing my first injection solo to see what 5 units what do and to start the titration process). I could have stayed rock hard for longer had I delayed my orgasm, and I stayed hard for about another 10 minutes, after which my erection deflated on its own. Instead of worrying about being able to maintain an erection, I was initially worried about developing a priapism. Thankful that didn't happen.

Going to try 7 units tomorrow night with my girlfriend and rock her world. Scared to double the dose to 10 units and want to be conservative at 7 units. Do you all agree this is a good idea or should I go for 10 units?

Bigger question I have is around how you've brought Trimix into your lives and into the bedroom. I told her I've got a new medication that should "make things better" (note: I have a penile doppler test at the end of the month to determine if there is an organic cause to my ED or if it's mostly psychogenic. In the meantime, I'm trying this to see how it works for me). I haven't given her any details; just told her I am serious about resolving this issue, I'm not going to give up and accept failure, and that I'm more open-minded to try new things to get this fixed.

So, given I'll need to steal away to give myself an injection before sex; how do you guys approach bringing Trimix into your sex life in the beginning? What excuse or reason do you give to take a few minutes to inject yourself? I don't want to reveal my injection therapy until after our sex session as I don't want it to weird her out (knowing I just stuck a needle in my dick to get hard). I have no problem revealing this later after I've blown her mind with my Trimix-induced erection.

Also, has the Trimix been able to improve your confidence so that you don't have to use it down the road in the future? Or do guys end up depending on it? I know part of my problem is performance anxiety because I put lots of pressure and expectations on myself.

You might be getting ahead of yourself. I miss the corpus occasionally even though I've injected for four years, so I would go to 7 units privately, and do it again maybe five times, again privately, over the next two weeks, to get injection confidence. There's a chance you might miss the corpus with girlfriend present.

At my age my wife expects me to have sex problems, so when I began injections, I was completely open about it, and she was happy that it works. I don't do it in the bedroom where she can see me, although I would let her watch if she wished.

Stay with 5 units. Keep in mind once foreplay starts you will add your own power to getting and keeping an erection. Don't tempt fate by using more than you need. Depending how you initiate sex with your girlfriend things can still be pretty smooth with injections. I keep syringes pre-filled so it's a one-minute detour from the couch to the bed. If you're at her place just take a syringe with you. I keep mine in a toothbrush holder. Your first time will be a bit awkward. Just excuse yourself to pee before having sex and inject there.
Trimix does not restore your ability to get erections on your own. If you need it to get an erection today you will need it next week, next month and next year.

I’m married so the wife knows exactly what it takes nowadays to have great sex. 5 units is the magic number for me right now. I guarantee you will last longer if you’re having actual sex. Once i inject i only get a semi, but once the action starts it’s a steel rod. It has given me a huge burst of confidence knowing it’s going to hard long enough to please her many, many times. Is also given my wife the same confidence to be so much more open sexually. With trimix I literally wear her out after 2-4 hours. I might actually have to titrate down to 2-3 units so it doesn’t last as long. In my case i think i have become dependent on it, but have been surprised that we have had impromptu sex without injecting. Note those sessions don’t last as long but are still great when they happen. You want to be honest with your SO since they play a part in you wanting to do whatever it takes to please them as well as enhanced your confidence. It’s crazy to think, but every single time i inject i dummy think it can get better but every time truly is better than the last. We have a stable routine and yes it is scheduled but the objective is always the same to please each other and we know it will come to fruition every time, barring the few times I’ve misfired but now after so many injections those misfires are almost nil.

Trimix was a great remedy for me back when. If you got a good erection with 5 units I'd stick with that. Stimulation from your partner will do the rest.
If you excuse yourself for a couple minutes to go to the bathroom as you are ready to get it on, have the needle ready, inject and head back for fun.
Unfortunately, Trimix quit working for me after a couple years. If you need it now, I doubt the future will give you back your natural erections.

If 5 units gave you a good erection for an hour, I would be cautious about increasing the dosage.
Not sure you want a prolong erection an hour after sex.

When I went to Summit Male Medical in Tempe Az for the first time "Dr Nathan Papadeas" injected me 10 units that caused me to have Piraprism, resulting in permanent penis deformity. Be careful with the dosage, Trimix can be a dangerous drug

I would stay with the lowest dose that is effective. I told my wife and she was all in. Her attitude was hard and long-lasting whether by pill or injection is welcome.

It is great that a relatively low dose of 5 works for you. My initial dose was 15 and that worked great. Wish I was starting at 5 with success. But aside from that I haven’t had an etection this big and hard for many years. Happy wife!

There is at least one medical study that demonstrated men with performance anxiety ED after success with Trimix were able to achieve penetrative sex without Trimix in the future. Again, this PA not organic ED.

Update:

On my first Trimix experience with my girlfriend, I stayed with the 5 units dosage as everyone recommended here. As it turns out, we didn't get down to sex for quite some time -- no big deal, just some bad timing on my part. We still had a great session and I was definitely hard enough to do and complete the job, but I wasn't happy with my EQ --it was probably around 75% of what I'd expect. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either (for me anyway -- she wasn't complaining).

I concluded that 5 units wasn't enough. I was happy that I was hard enough and had no problems reaching orgasm.

On Sunday I administered 10 units. Holy crap. I was raging rock hard within minutes and stayed that way even after vigorously pounding each other for over an hour. We had sex in more positions and in more locations inside and outside of my house than ever in my life. It was super intense and hot and she told me she was loving every minute of it. It was the most intense and hot sexual experience of my life. Wow, I'm not accustomed to women who can keep up and damn, she has some serious stamina. Creative and adventurous with sex positions. Incredible.

We went at it for abut 90 minutes but I was unable to climax --- aaarrrrggghh! I was so rock hard but weirdly desensitized. 5 units gets me that steel hard. but im with you on the wife loving it all. those 5 units gets me about 4 hours and i usually wear her out after 2 hours. god bless her for going longer when i need it. i think i may try 3 units so that maybe i will be able to orgasm sooner and not wear her out as much. lol. last week it was hard for 4. 5 hours but quickly subsided after that. so glad that it worked out for you and nice to know it works out the same for me. keep going. lol
