Orgasms after starting injections

I haven't started using injections yet but I am seriously considering it. My question is - will orgasms come any easier with the use of injections? My ED has got much worse recently with the pills no longer working and orgasms becoming more and more difficult. I am resorting to anal dildos which help me cum. Will the extra blood in my penis after an injection bring back my ability to orgasm?

None of us here know how injections will affect you, because we are all a bit different, the only thing we can do is relate how our bodies reacted when we went on injections. BTW, we would have better insight into your situation if you create a signature stating your age, type of ED problems etc.

My experience when starting injections was I had the best orgasms of my life! You will only know if you try it, it is nothing to fear, done correctly there is no pain or very little for just a moment. I think you will find your glans will engorge more than you have ever experienced or at least as well as you remember. Glans engorgement is primary to earth shaking orgasms, for both parties.

I highly recommend you try injections, it is very simple and not very expensive, the largest drawback is it takes a bit of planning and takes the spontaneity out of sexual relations. You will also find it is recommended to limit your injections to twice a week.

I think you will find what you are going through with pills being less effective is completely normal and the progression ED takes on us. The normal progression goes something like this, ED problems develop>exercise and diet>taking herbs>pills>injections>implant. Each of these stages are effective, but for a limited amount of time and the next step has to be taken. I have been through all the steps and injections began to fail me so I am in process of being implanted on Sept. 20.

Don't worry about having orgasms with injections, unless there is something seriously wrong with you

If pills are no longer working and you've not started injecting yet, then I'm not surprised your orgasms are suffering and becoming quite difficult.

Can only share one perspective, but my 9 years or so of injecting was, on the whole, awesome. The orgasm experience was wonderful. The overall engorgement of shaft and glans was extraordinary, and I'm sure helpful to orgasms.

If pills are not working anymore, then you have your answer on next steps - work with a knowledgeable physician who knows what they're doing with injections, and give it a try. You'll know quickly, and my suspicion is that you will be pleased.

If pills have failed you, injections are the typical next step. See a men's sexual health urologist. They can help you learn how to use injectables and order you the correct mix. As far as helping with orgasms, it should because your penis will be solidly engorged, allowing nerve endings to receive more stimulation.

Guys, that is super helpful and encouraging. can't wait to give it a try. I am waiting for a nurse to get back to me and teach me how to use Caverject. My wife gets dry and needs to use lots of lube etc. She is slightly terrified of having sex for more than 20 minutes. I guess I will be wandering around the house with an unwanted stiffy for an hour or so. Is it possible to only get stiff for 30 minutes or so or will i end up with a longer erection than I want/need? I am 66 and the pills stopped working about 3 months ago.

I started Trimix about four months ago.
For me the erections are so different it was like I had to learn how to have sex.
The past ten years have been a hit or miss using Viagra. Trimix gives reliable erections for the entire time.

Regarding your wife being a bit terrified that is understandable, I know my wife was starting to not want sex because of weak, unpredictable erections using Viagra. However we have gone from once a month or less to at least weekly with injections.

If you are up to it, You both can always do oral. For her it may make her more ready.
Also make use of plenty of lube for both of you. Before when I used pills, she always needed lube. She still does lube with injections. But now I found I need it to because of fuller erections.

Every guy reacts differently. Injections can sometimes make it more difficult to orgasm but it will likely be a lot easier than with a flaccid dick.

There will likely be a learning curve with the injections. You will also have to experiment to learn what dose gives you the best compromise of hardness and duration. You may not get the success you desire right away. Be patient.

I already had anorgasmia issues on oral meds. For me the injections made it even more difficult. Now it takes hours to orgasm if it even happens. Have not had a penetration orgasm in months. It usually takes over two hours to orgasm and that’s using a fleshlight and almost throwing out my shoulder. It’s awesome for the wife as she loses count of her orgasms. Right now that’s my only saving grace.
