My package arrived today: Osbon ErecAid Esteem. Here we go...
I am going to read everything you all said about everything, saved in my essay "Pumping with ED."
Package Arrival

Re: Package Arrival
Well, everything works. This was a new experience for me and my penis. I will have to follow directions and practice. Sitting here, I am aware that my penis is sending messages to my brain--the other one: "What just happened?"
Truly, this is going to be a hands-on experience. But I am not bleeding, I have not stuck myself, and the cost was neglible.
Oh, I did find "Gun Oil" in the CVS pharmacy.

Re: Package Arrival
Viggo,
Being a Volume Man and basically cheap I just get the generic CVS version of Astroglide.

CVS Astro is $8 for 5 oz much cheaper than Gun Oil although I guess some people really like G.Oil.
It does not have oil in it - at least I hope it does not - water based -- and you should not use any lube that does have oil in it with a pump and rings.
Keep experimenting .. and if it you are getting some achiness at maximum pumped size, that is normal and will subside as you pump more often (plus just pump-and-release-and-pump will also get you over the ache hump usually). But be sure the ache is not from overpumping ... that could be dangerous.

Re: Package Arrival
I use cocoa butter from the Wally World sex shop (about $3.98). Keeps everything soft (after the fact) and smooth. CVS or Wally World Astroglide work well for the actual act itself.
Re: Package Arrival: Lubes
Got the coconut oil, Astroglide, and the Gun Oil. I am ready.
I am slowly working the pump. I have had good results so far.
