Bladder cancer post op
It has been a fast turn around for me. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in late February and had it removed on April 30. They took the prostate out too( it also had some cancer). I am married to a wonderful woman and am anxious about our intimacy. We have had a few "experiments" and she is very understanding and willing to try new things. I found this site on a search for pumps. Will do some browsing here to see what seems to work for old dudes like myself.

Sparky1,
Welcome to FT ... have you tried Viagra, Cialis etc.? Along with a pump this may help jump start your rehab. Your URO should be able to set you up with a "medical grade" VED (if insured). If not you can find plenty of cheap pumps at Amazon.com. You should also consider a ring to help maintain your erection after pumping.
Keep us posted on your progress ... there are many of us here that have walked down your path.
