I have to give a second to Curt's advice to check out the Trimix injections as soon as you can. I must admit to having similar reservations when I first heard of injections, thinking that this must be the last frontier for desperate men. Even though I could get erections sufficient for intercourse with Cialis, they didn't last long enough for an orgasm. After reading about other guys on this forum who had success with Trimix, I was ready. It has now been a year and a half since I started the injections, and I wish I had begun several years back. It is less expensive, as well as more effective, than the oral drugs for most of us. Read the injection forum and check out Ohohiakane's injection sequence for how to do it. There is the tiniest prick, but no pain, when you inject properly. You may call it your love muscle, but your penis isn't a muscle, so there is not the pain of an injection into your hip for a penicillin or testosterone shot. [Pumps are fine for rehab, but I'm no fan of them for intercourse, as your penis feels like a cold sausage.]

I had my RPP in October 2011 and I'm still suffering from ED. Both nerve bundles were saved. I've tried cialis for eight months, but that did not help. I haven't had a spontaneous erection since my operation. My Uro says it could take 2 years or longer. I've been using a VED for the last ten months. The VED does produce an erection but it goes soft soon after I remove it. I'm not ready to try injections or an implant yet. I'm hoping some function returns soon.

Yeah, I last saw my uro in March (RP + 9 months) and he said it was way early to expect much.
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

I had my DaVinci nerve sparing RP in March of 2010. I had no naturally occurring hardon from that day forward. Oral medications did nothing and I had some bad experience with injections. Finally settled on VED until my Implant exactly 3 years to the day of my RP. The implant in March 2013 was the best thing that I ever did. I never regained any natural function after the RP, but my incontinence resolved completely in about 4 months. At least I had that, and now with my implant I have everything I lost back.
