I was having anorgasmia issues prior to injections but the trimix did not help matters. Cabergoline works a small fraction but it’s mostly off often. The only time i tried 3 units was the day after injection so it didn’t do much but give me a semi. I usually inject once a week and always want to try less but I’m afraid of it not working so i always fall back to 5 so as not to disappoint the wife. It’s very frustrating to not orgasm after 2-3 hours of every sex position and plenty of deep throat action but the porn star sex does make up for it. Seeing the wife worn out from pleasure is a gift all on its own.

Update:

I've tried different amounts of Trimix over the past few weeks:
5 units:
- Wasn't enough for totally reliable erection
- Was able to easily ejaculate
10 units:
- Was super intense - maybe too much - I don't need/want a steel hard erection for 3 hours
- Experienced delayed ejaculation - could not finish despite the incredible hot extended sex in many positions and locations both inside and outside the house - I felt like my dick was desensitized.
7 units:
- Was good, provided solid erection but didn't provide me a 100% reliable erection
- Felt I was losing it a bit while she was riding and grinding on me
- Unable to ejaculate
9 units:
- Appears to be closer to the sweet spot.
- Still quite intense with totally reliable erection -- no worries about it deflating
- Girlfriend commented I was the perfect hardness and size
- Enabled us to go at it vigorously for over 2 hours (stopped after multiple orgasms and we were both quite sore)
- I was able to ejaculate twice in 2 hours -- came very close to #3
- I have no idea how many orgasms she had; she spent a lot of time riding me, grinding me, and generally using me as her pleasure toy which was fantastic
- Had a rock hard erection for almost 3 hours which is too long IMO
- Dick was pretty sore towards the end of our session

I'm thinking 9 units could be my sweet spot. Going to try 8 units next time. Hoping for less soreness and lower erection duration.
Don't understand why I was unable to ejaculate with 7 units but was able to with 9 units.
I think there was more foreplay and teasing with 9 units which got me much more excited. Also tried some
new positions when on 9 units which sent me over the edge.

In each case, I took 120mg Sudafed after about 2.5 hours erection and this has been reliable in deflating things in about 45 minutes.

My sweet spot is the following:
- Rock hard erection
- Reliable erection where I can enjoy the time and not worry at all about losing my erection no matter what sex position we are in
- Reliable erection where we can go as long as we want
- Ability to ejaculate at least once
- Ability to retain full erection after ejaculation so my girlfriend can keep going as long as she wants
- Erection should start subsiding within 3 hours

So 8 units or 9 units is my sweet spot. Will know in a few days which one it is.
Will also be interesting to see how much variation I'll see with the same dosage over time.
Hoping an "8" will be consistent and a "9" will be consistent but we'll see.

Good Luck MagicMan, most Trimix users find that it is a temporary solution. Even if you don't develop scarring, it's effect will begin to wane. There are lucky? men that have been using it for quite a few years though. Only time will tell how it works out for you.

i tried a variation of units last couple of weeks from the usual 5 to 4 and 3 and still found no negligible difference. erection still lasted 3-4 hours. like many, i wish we could really dial it in for the amount of time we wanted but in my case, its not in the cards. i guess i will have to keep having sex for 3 to 4 hours. a good thing is that they dissipate without help at around the 4 hour mark for me anyway.

From all the posts I've read over the years my best guess is Trimix works on average for about three to five years. That includes men who develop scarring within the first year to a few who claim to have been using Trimix for 7 and even 10 years. Most of us Trimix users will tell you its effectiveness diminishes over time. How quickly, of course, is different for each of us. 10 units now may give you a rock solid 2-hour long erection but by this time next year 30 units may only give you an hour-long erection.

Apparently everyone's not the same. I've been using Trimix for 4 1/2 years, every 6 days on average, and the dosage I need is actually dropping a little as the months go by! My ED nurse has no idea why. Maybe it will reverse; don't know. But users and potential users: stay positive!

I think you really need to find out if you haven't already the source of your ED. Is it anxiety? Psychological? or Physical? My doctor told me that the number one reason Trimix stops working for men with organic ED is the underlying medical condition causing the ED has worsened over time. ED can be a precursor to heart disease.. It makes sense if your arteries are clogging, the smaller ones clog first.And it's most noticed in the blood vessels leading to your penis.. I started having ED issues about 5-7 years before my heart by-pass operation..If the ED is from diabetes it is still a circulatory problem, with narrowing of your arteries. Long story short I've been injecting Trimix for 10 years now with the dose having to be slowly increased..but to be honest I could still be on my starting dose if it weren't for the anxiety associated with having sex. I guess my brain has too many bad memories of failed erections with women that anxiety seems to always raise it's ugly head ( no pun intended) before engaging in sex. In conclusion, I have adopted a plant based diet, exercise program and just clean living which has slowed the progression of my heart disease...and that's why I think after 10 years Trimix continues to work for me.Best of Luck

should timix be kept in the fridge or freezer? before trimix did you first try bimix?
