Oh Minnesota! I am so happy for you; I know you had a really rocky start.

I had my surgery on the same day as Minnesota, but I think I had a much easier time at least in that first week or so. My progress is about the same, some swelling still in my pubic area, but my scrotum is near normal, it still is drawn up like I got out of a cold pool which clamps the pump and shoves it up which is uncomfortable, not painful. I still have a slight burning when I pee, how about you Minnesota?

I know what you mean about all you can think of is fucking again. Even at 78, I am a real horn dog, just hope my wife will be able to keep up with me. She has just been great through my recovery.

I posted elsewhere on FT about "pulling the pump down," did you get any type of instruction to pull down on the pump? It is getting easier for me and it is staying down a bit better, but before I started doing this the pump was just jammed against the roof of my scrotum, I could only feel the bottom roundness of it. Now I can feel the entire pump and the valve. My first appointment is 10/7, I will be real interested in how your appointment goes.

I can sleep in any position without discomfort.

Great news Minnesota, I hope the rest of your recovery goes as well and you get to use that weapon as soon as possible. Make those gals who left you beg for it!

Thank you!! Yes, sounds like you had a much better start, but now maybe I caught up to you and we are about equal in the healing process. I’m glad we are both doing decently well anyway for it only being 2 weeks! As for peeing, yes. It slightly burns. Especially if I’m not hydrated or have some coffee or some drinks. It’s awesome to hear you are wanting to get after it even after so many years of fucking! Good for you and your supportive wife.

My surgeon told me I don’t have to do any pulling on the pump at all..

You are a motivation for me for being 27yo and getting implant. Im so scared of surgery lol....seriously. I messed up by using finasteride for hair loss, I thought it was safe but is caused corporal fibrosis creating veno-occlusive Ed. Keep us updated with your recovery and I wish you speedy recovery.

I am glad I can be of help.. For the record, I have been on finasteride for about 4 years now. At the time I started taking it, I already tried everything with me ED, so I figured I might as well not lose both my hair, and my sex life... Well, now I kept my hair, and will soon be enjoying sex.. Hopefully in a couple weeks.

I haven't used my implant yet, but with how I feel, and being 60% erect during the healing process... I can just feel it is going to be great.

I usually start out sleeping on my side, but when I wake up I am always on my stomach.

I too am noticing more sexual dreams, which is cool, makes me feel young again. In 12 days I will be 78, but sure as hell I don't feel like I thought 78 would feel. I will be going to my 60th high school class reunion on my birthday weekend, which is always fun. It is fun seeing how different people have aged, I think it is funny that all the well developed girls in high school are now huge old ladies while the thin, late developers are really good looking for their age. Keep that in mind Minnesota as you venture out with you new dick. Go for the long waisted, thinner ones with a nice round ass. Happy hunting! After my implant sleeping on my side was tough. I was always having to adjust the boys. Sleeping on my back has always been a no go, I just can't get to sleep that way. I've always been a stomach sleeper, but then for years we had a waterbed. Many nights I'd end up on my stomach and wake up hurting. Tried tucking a pillow under my stomach, which helped, until I rolled on to my side. Now I can tuck my shaft down my legs and sleep on my stomach until my back starts aching anyway.
AmansinCali- you are 10 years older than when I had my implant. Good for you for not giving up, you're an inspiration. Soon after my implant healed sexual dreams and my dirty thoughts returned.

You are right Old Guy, seems like getting horny is part of the recovery and hopefully a good sign. I feel my sex life is far from over, I have a willing partner and told her I was getting my dick fixed for good. I love hearing about old dudes getting fucked!

Question, does your partially erect penis feel like you can move it more? When I stand, it’s still at the 3:00 angle, but it seems softer and I can move it and slightly bend it around more. Maybe things are just breaking in better.. just wondering if things feel more flexible and more elastic. I hope I’m not losing fluid or something..
