Stronger Trimix

After 5 years on Trimix, my prescription ( 30/2/10) no longer works for me. I get to about an 8 out of 10 in about 10 minutes, but then it starts going in another 10 minutes. My u. rologist has had me increase dosage. I am now up to 100 units. Next step is a stronger Rx. Uro says that will work for about a year, and then it is surgery.
Anyone with a similar experience?

I'd say that's a fairly common scenario for a lot of guys. Adding pills and or novelty/sex shop cock rings to the mix may extend the longevity of your success with injections. If the cause of your ED is progressing and continues to progress, your success with injections will eventually end. Then it will be time for plan B, C or whatever it is.

I went stronger and stronger -- got up to 150 PGE in the mix (pm me if you want the source) -- even that deteriorated in effectiveness quite rapidly.

My entire injection saga lasted only 8 months -- I sure loved it while it lasted!!!

Your doc sounds very candid -- hopefully in the next year you don't develop scarring or peyonies.

Each person is different. I was hoping for at least a year on stronger mix.
The lasting solution is an inplant. I have had total shoulder replacement and lumbar fusion in the past 11 months. My body needs a break to heal, so hope stronger mix would buy some time.
