I keep mine in the fridge.
Haven't tried Bimix.
Seems like Trimix is the default "go-to" medication.

My doctor told me that the number one reason Trimix stops working for men with organic ED is the underlying medical condition causing the ED has worsened over time. ED can be a precursor to heart disease.. It makes sense if your arteries are clogging, the smaller ones clog first. And it's most noticed in the blood vessels leading to your penis.. I started having ED issues about 5-7 years before my heart by-pass operation..If the ED is from diabetes it is still a circulatory problem, with narrowing of your arteries. Long story short I've been injecting Trimix for 10 years now with the dose having to be slowly increased..but to be honest I could still be on my starting dose if it weren't for the anxiety associated with having sex. I guess my brain has too many bad memories of failed erections with women that anxiety seems to always raise it's ugly head ( no pun intended) before engaging in sex. In conclusion, I have adopted a plant based diet, exercise program and just clean living which has slowed the progression of my heart disease...and that's why I think after 10 years Trimix continues to work for me.Best of Luck
I'm healthy, low body fat, vascular, muscular, 5' 8", 155 lbs; I work out 5-6 days per week (weightlifting). Have done this for years.
I'm 56 but my girlfriend says I have the body of a 25 year old. Not diabetic. High familial cholesterol which is always a thing.
I know that my hormones are a mess. Had low-T but then it went super high with supplemental Testosterone cream which apparently created a cascade of problems with other hormones. I'm seeing a urologist next week to go over my latest bloodwork -- he's already told me my hormones are way out of whack which would help explain my sudden ED onset. Seriously, going back to December I had no issues with ED. Had a fairly serious surgery in March in which they injured my penis removing a foley catheter (they didn't fully deflate the balloon prior to removal -- OUCH!), but unknown if that would cause ED. Things just haven't been the same since the surgery and the Testosterone cream therapy.
I also know there is a psychological element here too. I was previously a super confident stud, totally in control of my erections and when I ejaculate, but then later had serious issues getting it up and keeping it up, and sometimes experiencing delayed ejaculation. It's easy for all this to get inside your head and create a vicious circle of worry. You start to worry about not getting it up or losing your boner -- and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Trimix has helped with my confidence and the psychological aspect of my ED as I don't need to worry about getting or losing an erection. Quite the opposite -- sometimes I worry about having an erection for too long - priapism -- which fortunately hasn't happened.
Assuming my physical issue is hormonal, I know that can be remedied and I'll need to manage my psychological performance anxiety issues when I go without the Trimix. Who knows, maybe after my hormone balance is fixed, PDE5 inhibitors will again be an option for me. Not as powerful as Trimix, but when they work, they offer more opportunities for spontaneous passion (e.g. Cialis). Lack of spontaneity with Trimix is a con on the list of pros and cons.
So next week, we'll go over the bloodwork and I'm supposed to have a penile doppler test which I am questioning given I know I can maintain a rock hard 10/10 erection for hours with Trimix (regardless of the foley catheter incident which the doctor said could have caused an injury). I'm hoping my ED issue is primarily hormonal (which the doctor suspects) and if so we know that can be remedied. I don't want to become dependent on Trimix, but damn, that stuff makes me superhuman in bed and my girlfriend and I are loving our intense sex-a-thons where we go until we just can't anymore.

Re: Bringing Trimix into the bedroom
Dammit -- over the weekend I had two misses in a row!! How is that even possible?
I guess I get so excited about what's about to happen that I need to pay more attention to my injection technique.
Twice I injected 8 units (a few days apart), and both times, no erection, just a disappointing chubby!
4 successful injections followed by 2 fails. Ugh!
I guess I'm injecting too close to the base and need to focus on injecting closer to halfway down the shaft.
Anyway, just venting.

Magicman, I sent you a PM. It may or may not help.
But will say this you are not alone.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

How did you solve the problem?
I live in italy , age 58, ED started 1997, from 1998 viagra, cialis, levitra, everything ok for 20 years, then pills worked less and less, so from 3 months I started trying PGE1 injections

Good feedback from sogwap and others here.
Basically I just needed to take more time paying closer attention to my injection technique.
What works for me every time now is:
- Not too close to the base
- Closer to halfway up the shaft
- Squeeze the shaft to get the cavernosa to bulge out the side
- Inject the bulging cavernosa
- Let go (stop squeezing) and pull back the syringe plunger to verify aspiration of blood into the syringe to confirm I'm in the right place
- If no blood is seen, pull the needle out just a tad and try again
- Only depress the plunger if there is no resistance
That's my formula which now works 100% of the time.
Hope this is helpful.
