Two nights after I was cleared by the surgeon to inflate,deflate, and have sex, my wife and I tried.It was too painful for her (even though I used great lubricant). SO next week she will go to a gyn md to check out the status of her vagina and get it ready for sex again. I will have to be patient about that.

In the meantime, I have tried to masturbate twice, without success. Today was close. There is not a lot of feeling in the glans (the head of the penis) and it is floppy. I knew the floppiness would happen as an aftermath of this surgery, but I thought I could masturbate when needed. Whatever feeling I have stops short of the orgasm.
What is going on here? Have any of you guys had similar experiences and finally broke through to orgasm.

I have a similar problem, due to my regimen of pain meds. It takes me a couple of weeks to "recharge" to be able to cum again. Last time I was successful I tried for awhile with no luck so I gave up and went to my computer, stuck a small dildo up my ass, sat down and put on some porn and masturbated for a few minutes and had great success.
