Hey BX,
Damn day 19? Nice.......
Yep you won't have to worry anymore about when you cum. Cause now you can keep going w/o worry that it gonna go way before she gets hers.....nice huh.
The pain will get better,my girl actually likes it if I don't pump up (to max) says it feels better? And even at 9mos post op while driving some times I'll get a wicked pinch in my sac so I have to readjust.
Good going tho.

Day 23 post op...been pumping daily (I can now make full squeezes at the beginning of pumping!) and I make sure to take Ibuprophen an hour before and that really helps. Deflation is getting easier too! I also noticed that the bottom side of my shaft is a little numb and the incision site although visibly healed is tender and when the penis is leaning on it for a long time and sometimes I have an urge to reposition things which can be a problem depending where you are. Hopefully these discomforts will be a distant memory and no longer an issue.

As far as wearing my pants from pre implant days, I find that some are too tight. Trying to solve this, I found out that a taylor can sew gussets in your pants' crotch to increase room in that area. (a gusset is a diamond shaped piece of cloth that increases room and the material can be softer and/or more elastic). I've been wearing one baggy pair of jeans and jogging pants which is getting stale so I will try to get my other pants done asap. I know pleated pants are roomy too so thankfully I have a dressy pair that have pleats. I have to make accomodations for the new package but I guess that is to be expected and from now on I will have to shop differently for pants. But looking at the big picture it is entirely worth it!! :D (I've read about "ballroom" pants here on FT which sound like a good investment !)

Reporting 1 month from implant date (technically as of tomorrow)-

I can honestly say that now I have NO discomfort whatsoever except when I'm pumping to the max for my daily therapy. Also it does hurt if I lose my engorgement during intercourse and the distal tips press against my flacid glans as I'm thrusting..I'm wondering is that bad for the implant too and or for my glans? I'll give Dr. Eid a call ( he doesn't want to see me until August) and ask him, maybe I need daily cialis or something. Anyway, all is mostly well and I feel lucky that I've really progressed!

Thanks to all my Bionic Bros. who shared their experiences here. I learned a lot thanks to you all!

I had pain for a couple of months when pumping to the max. Dr Eid didn't even give me official ok to pump at all until 6 weeks, though I cheated and did some mild pumping earlier, but it was sore.

Based on my own experience I predict your pain will go away in due course, even when your glans isn't engorged. I don't ever get much engorgement and I don't feel pain at all.

You're making very fast and great progress. I have said many times I don't think anyone should draw any real conclusions for at least 6 months post op. Sensations for me were still evolving at that point.

Thanks for the info rim! I am glad to hear that the pain at the tips will go away even without engorgement! Over the course of your therapeutic pumping did you notice any increase in girth at all or did it just help you get used to the implant? I'm pumping 1x and sometimes 2x a day for 30 mins ( not including intercource) ..do you think more will help me get more girth?

Dr Eid told me I was "somewhat narrow" due to scarring. He said I might see some increase in girth with daily pumping, which might cause stretching or scar tissue to break up. I was very diligent for about the first year, pumping daily for at least 30 minutes, sometimes much longer. I've seen absolutely no change in girth. But, I have no doubt that some people do see improvement, and I've read about some who do. So I don't think you should conclude anything about your own prospects from my experience. I was about 4 3/4 in VED pump before surgery. I get about 4 1/2 to 4 5/8 now just pumping but without active stimulation or arousal. There's no question I got more engorgement of the spongiosum (including the glans) with the VED than I do now, and that's the difference pre and post op. Also, I'm told I do get additional engorgement for a short time right around the point of orgasm, though I've never bothered to try to measure how much difference that makes. ;-) The Titan can, of course, give much greater girth than I get, if your body allows for it.

Day 33- I must have done some wicked pumping last night because I've been feeling a burning sensation for most of the day. I pumped to the max and then some (every 5-10 mins I would get an extra few squeezez in) for 35 mins. I noticed when doing these extra squeezes that the normal squishing sound and or feeling would only happen on the backstroke half (release) of the squeeze whereas when first pumping it does the squishy sound on both squeeze and release. I don't know if I should take a break tonight and not pump. Part of me is telling me to follow my instincts and not to pump and then again I don't know if it is normal to feel the burning and therefore I should not break schedule.

I also noticed that when I do this high amount of pumps it really hurts alot and I have to really hold on for the last 5 minutes before I deflate. Afterwards I feel really spent and feel achy all over. Does anyone else have this experience when pumping to the max (for daily therapy)?

Day 41- Not much to report.. however I noticed my curve is getting greater (15 degrees to the left) so I called Dr. Eid's office and spoke to one of his nurses..she was very nice and told me it's best to see the Dr. so she gave me an appt. for next week...I don't know what he can do about it but he's the Doc so let's see...when I saw him last he tried to correct the slight curve by breaking up some scar tissue with his hands (bending my penis against the curve in a very snappy way ..OUCH!). If that technique didn't work I don't know what the alternative is if there is one!!
