Mine use to look exactly like yous did in your first pic, but through manual manipulation, over years, I eventually managed to reduce the curve substantially. Nice pics.

Quick update, it's been 3 months and a few weeks, I try not to measure too often since slow progress would be maddening to a guy as impatient as I am. But - I've got my original length back! And girth has increased as well - 1/4" larger than my pre-op thickness. I can't do the Perito stuff - just can't get myself to bend and twist my dick. But once I started cycling, I inflated twice/day for an hour instead of 30 min - I think it did better. It starts to ache at an hour and feels almost like the soreness after a workout, perhaps from the tissue expansion that'll occur little by little, kinda like post-mastectomy patients using tissue expanders to allow for breast implants. And I started vacuum pumping at 12 weeks, 12-14 minutes once/day and once I pull the pump off, I use both hands to squeeze just a little bit more fluid into the cylinders. Hope it keeps going over the next year! Y'all have a good weekend.

I'm interested in your post. I just got an AMS700 implant 6 weeks ago and pumped it up all the way for the first time last Thursday. I was/am a little disappointed about my girth. Seems like I lost some.

I have a vacuum pump already and I just read your post. Do you pump up your implant prior to using the vacuum? I know the vacuum increased my girth prior to the implant.

Hey man, I really hoped I wouldn't lose anything post-op but I think it's just the nature of the beast. It will come back, just start cycling when your Dr tells you, stay consistent even though it will cause some discomfort - it's part of the healing process. When you get the green light to use a vacuum, check with your Dr - Dr Hakky told me to inflate first, then use the vacuum. Stick with it, don't give up
