Hi all,
I was implanted August 1 and so far am very pleased even though I have lost some length. I'm optimistic from reading other posts here that it just will take time and regular cycling to get there.
Regarding the Perito exercise: Dr. Perito says to grab the base of the penis and THEN bend up, down, and sideways. I can pump up until my penis is really hard -- hardly any "give" if it is squeezed in it's fully erect state. It's really tough and kind of painful to bend it if I'm holding on to the base.
Any suggestions or comments?
Thanks to all.
Question about Perito exercise
Question about Perito exercise
ED since using SSRI antidepressants. Unable to maintain erection sufficient for penetration. Tried PDE5's, VED, injections. AMS 700 CX implanted 8/1/2022, penoscrotal by Dr. McVary, Loyola medical center. 15cm + 1.5 and 1.0 RTE's. 65 ml reservoir.
Re: Question about Perito exercise
Can understand your difficulty in doing it -- but as the implant docs say, you can't break it -- they are just tubes -- not like the composition of your native dick.
So bend it in all directions as much as you can ,would be my suggestion though others may differ which I respect. It really helped me regain length.

75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
Re: Question about Perito exercise
It's a lot easier to bend in all directions if I don't hold on to the base of the penis, but I'm not sure how much value that gives me. It does seem to allow a couple of additional pumps.

Re: Question about Perito exercise
The more you do the bending exercises, the softer and easier it gets. When I first started the bending there was no way it would bend in any direction. Now fully erect it will bend about 30 degrees either way. So just give it time and things will soften up. Also, you can do it partially inflated too.
65 yrs old. Married 38 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.
Re: Question about Perito exercise
I agree with riseagain -- gets easier and softer over time. Do hold on to the base though, otherwise you will not be bending the tubes.
I had a pretty tough time getting started with this -- it was like are you kidding me? After all, when you see Perito doing it, he is bending empty tubes... sure, I thought, easy for you...
Now I find it very reinforcing when after doing the exercise -- and I do a propeller bending at full max -- I am able to pump more fluid even though I had reached maximum before the bending.

Re: Question about Perito exercise
I am in the same boat. My tubes are stiff as a board and the Perrito exercises hurt.
My question though "do they actually help with length with the Titan IPP?"

ED survivor 5 years. Tried pills, Gainswave, PRP, Bi-Mix/Tri Mix (worked 50% but very painful for 24 hours after injection.) 55 Gay - Single Titan Coloplast implanted June 1st, 2022, scrotal in Miami by Dr Billy Cordone..,very happy. Zero regrets
Re: Question about Perito exercise
Thanks guys! I'll keep at it. I do like riseagain's suggestion about doing the exercise partially inflated, and hopefully working up to doing it at full max.

I’m a little over 5 months and yes!, it helps it a little. Immediately before with VED or injection I was 6-3/4 plus a little…. At first inflate I was 5-3/4.. a few months later I was at 6. Then I started in earnest with the perito exercise and after two months or so of consistency morning and nite exercises I’m at 6-1/2”. Think maybe this is where I will be for a while but will continue the exercises for a total of my first year then maybe cut back. See where I’m at then
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
Re: Question about Perito exercise
I find bending to the right side really difficult. Up and down is OK, granted I feel a slight popping in the tubing. Still practicing however.
Venous Leakage (which I believe caused by my overuse of the Bathmate VED)
