Thank you Minnesota and AmansinCali for your updates. I just had my surgery moved up from Dec.14th to Nov. 15th in Miami with Dr. Perito. I'm really looking forward to this next step. Four months ago I even knew about this process. I had a salesman from a "Sleeve" manufacturer tell me about this site and now I'm all set. I am a 68yo from TX who has had ED for about the last six years. "T" Pellets, Pills, Shots and Aromatherapy (jk)have not worked. I seem to miss the Super TriMix "Sweet Spot" more often now which makes for a painful 24-48 hour period. I have been giving myself shots for the past year and now add a pill with the shot.

I would say my glans slightly engorge, but its still floppy.. Like when I go to put my penis in a girls vagina, I can feel my head bend a bit and not slide in like it would with a harder glans. Did you doctor recommend the daily cialis or did you just give it a shot on your own? I think I am going to do that.

5.5 WEEK UPDATE

Today marks 38 days since I had my surgery. I have had sex 3 times. So far, not one girl has said or noticed a thing that I know of. However, I haven't done a lot of foreplay. Just a little bit and into business lol. I think if there was a lot of foreplay going on they'd know, but whatever idc.

How have I progressed? After my 3 week follow up, they deflated me and showed me how to use it. That was very painful, and felt insanely weird. Sort of like I would never get used to it, and the "what have I done" kept creeping in. Following the appointment, I stayed one more night because I was tired to drive. I decided to walk around and get a bite to eat. This was uncomfortable, since my flaccid was basically a boner still. Very stiff, uncomfortable, irritating and I was embarrassed to be seen with it. I went back to my hotel with a lot of anxiety, but also trying to be positive because I read on here so many times how it just keeps getting better. You all are right!

I had a few more weeks off of work so I traveled an extra 7 hours from my hospital after I spent another night to stay with my friend for 2 weeks. He also had surgery on his shoulder so I thought we would just hang out and relax. That is what we told each other anyway. I was dead wrong lol. Around Day 23, the drive there I really became more confident in moving around. I felt weird but I was forcing myself to just be present with it, and accept the new me, new feeling. I bought nice underwear (lululemon) and positioned it as comfortable as I could and felt much better than before and was able to get in and out of the car, gas stations, etc without too much effort to not be noticed. It was progress. When I arrived to my friends, I am obviously wide open with him about my surgery. What I thought was going to be a chill couple weeks turned into concerts, partying, sex, etc. He is a pro athlete so that helped, but still.. I went from being weird about going in a gas station right after my 3-week post op, to having sex, concerts, and so much fun the next couple weeks. I doubled up on my underwear if I wore lighter pants and it worked good. Dark pants, just 1 pair worked.

Around the 4 week mark is when I started to feel really good. My implanted titan was very stiff at the beginning as I said, but around this time it was hanging better. It really stressed me out at first. I actually can't believe that isn't talked about more by titan implanters. My penis at my 3 week follow up sat at about the 3:30 position and it drove me nuts. How do you walk around that way? Will I always have to walk around like this? I used to ask myself those questions over and over. I'd read on here and on the internet that the AMS is the way to go for a more comfortable flaccid.. It scared me and thought I might have made the wrong decision. Let me assure newbies out there, it gets better and more comfortable every day. Now that it has been used a bit, forced to fit in pants, etc, it now sits at around the 4:45 position when fully flaccid. Hopefully it gets to the point where it just lays down on my sac and looks completely normal. From where I was the first 2 weeks (miserable), I cannot believe where I am right now. I feel great. The dog ears takes some getting used to, especially if you are in nicely fitted clothing. My penis naturally goes to the left and it is kind of pointy when it bends, but it doesn't hurt. As it softens, it's not bad and people definitely wouldn't notice. unless I did it right in front of them or something strange.

I went from a grower to a massive shower. I am in no way bragging or saying it's cool, because before this I was a relationship guy, but I have had sex with 2 women since I got the nod 17 days ago, for a total of 3 times. It is not crazy, I know. But for me, it is. I am not trying to have sex with a ton of women, it just all happened. As I said, when I was out of town visiting my friend I was around a lot of women. I took it as a challenge. I wanted to act like I was someone who doesnt have to worry about sex, because it is actually going to work every time. So I did. The confidence radiated off and it worked. Slept with beautiful women. Both loved the sex. In the past, a condom wasn't even an option because I could barely ever get the job done without one... Now, if they want a condom, I am like "okay, when I am done I'll throw another one on". They love it.

As for pumping, I can inflate with one hand, and even did it secretly in bed once. Deflating, I can do with one hand initially, but then need to squeeze my penis to get the fluid out of the cylinders. When I am done, I just put one or two pumps back in and then I am good to go. That being said, two hands is obviously easier.

My one complaint is my glans. Now I know what floppy glans is.. I noticed when putting my penis in a vagina, it felt like pre implant when trying to have sex with a softer dick... Except my dick is hard.. It is just my glans aren't as engorged and sort of bend while pushing the penis in, which feels a little weird but not even sure if it is noticeable to the girl. All I know is once I was in, it went really well. I am so pleased. I have all confidence back. 9 years of hell and now I wake up and don't think about it right when I wake up. Or whenever I am at a party, talking to a girl, literally anywhere. It became a part of me and it never left, like a monkey on my back. Now, I have all confidence. The amount of things I have lined up like dates and other fun things in the future, it is insane. What this implant has done, I can't put into words. The best thing I have ever done.

- Pre implant, I was around 3.7" inches flaccid. Post implant, I am now 5.8" flaccid
- Pre implant, I was around 5.9" erect. Post implant at 2.5 weeks, I was 5.5" erect. Now at 5.5 weeks, I am just a sliver below 6.0". I have confidence I will exceed it, therefore I actually grew both my flaccid and erection, and I know I am girthier. I failed to measure my girth pre implant, but I know it has more girth now. Overall, I am very pleased. I feel like moving forward can only get better with my confidence back and not having that thought sit with me 24/7. It feels great.

Feel free to ask questions. My typing is horrible because I am falling asleep typing this so thanks for bearing with me reading this. If anyone has any advice on the floppy glans, please let me know. Rider told me he takes a low dose of daily cialis and really works on his glans. Might try a small dose to take daily to see if that does the trick. I heard cialis works for frequent urination too anyway? I pee a lot too so theres I guess another reason to try it.

May I ask you a question? There are two different views about implants i see here; first one, it is nowhere comparable to a blood-filled dick (either natural or aided by medication), other, there is no sensation loss with an implant when having sex/masturbation. As a result of it (and some other factors of course) some members and doctors say always exhaust other options before implant first, while other say not to waste time. Being someone who does not have implant, it is very hard to imagine what does it feel like and two opposite views like that confuses my mind (and i believe some other as well, as i constantly see questions like ‘how close does it feel to natural’ on FT.
May I ask what is your experience regarding on sensation and what are your thoughts on that aspect.

Minnesota and I had the same implant on the same day and almost the same hour, only difference is I am 50 years older than Minnesota, we have compared our recovery since day one and it is remarkable how alike the recoveries have been. Minnesota is single, I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 55 years, so Minnesota had some concerns initially about his flaccid and was very self-conscious about it, but now you can see that is not an issue at all after a few weeks.

I have not used my new tool yet. My wife went to all my doctor appointments before and after the surgery, she heard the doctor say, "No sex for 6 weeks." and to my wife a rule is a rule; however, she has agreed to let me test fly this sucker this weekend, because I have my six week check on this coming Monday. The reason I was able to convince her is I am concerned about having a soft glans, so far, I have not been sexually excited when I have pumped up, so I have no idea what is going to happen. Just pumping up without sexual stimulation my glans is soft like Minnesota's. We decided to try it out so when we go to the doctor's office on Monday we will know if this is going to be a problem or not and hopefully find a solution. For the record, I had full glans engorgement with tri-mix injections. Minnesota, did you see any difference in your glans hardness between just pumping up and pumping up while having sex with those beautiful women? I will let you know what happens.

Many guys on FT are using small doses of daily Cialis and that has ended their glans engorgement problem and I am sure it will solve Minnesota's problem too. My problem is I cannot take any of the boner pills, I was on daily Cialis when I had an Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (AION) occur, which left me blind in my right eye. I have been to one of the highest rated Optic Neurologist on the west coast and he told me there is a correlation between AION events and the boner pills. He, plus my Ophthalmologist, plus my Internist have told me to NEVER take boner pills again, it is too much of a risk for my other eye. That was good enough for me! So, when I go to my appointment on Monday I want to know if glans engorgement is going to be a problem and if so, what can I do about it. Several on FT have used a tri-mix gel into the urethra a half hour or so before sex, if I need help, I will ask for a script for it.

Hey man! Glad you have gained some insight from my. I’m happy to help. I like you, was helpless. I guess I was ignorant of it and I’ve gotten through everything with confidence my entire life, and the doctors said it was performance anxiety so I just lived with it thinking I’d get over it. Finally, after being helpless I said enough was enough.

They are right. It isn’t like it was, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s worse. I mean, I’d rather have my normal hip versus my hip replacement. As for your penis, it’s going to be different. I would say there’s pros and cons. As for sensation, I notice nothing different during sex. If you are horny and have sex with your implanted penis, to me, feels no different. My ejaculation is MUCH stronger with the implant. I considered myself confident before, but this problem dragged me down. I now can go anywhere, and literally never, ever have to worry about not having sex. If they want to, it is 100% going to happen. That leaves me with all the rest of the time to be myself and have fun. Not think about my dick and be insecure it didn’t work the last 10 times or shy away from girls in general. I now throw myself at them where before I was nervous to get too close and then fail again. My penis feels great. Sex is good. My flaccid looks good. Every day it gets better. My one complaint is my head but sounds like I can aid that with cialis possibly. If not tho, it would still be good.

I think you should exhaust everything but injections. My personal opinion, and I know others will disagree. But fuck shoving a needle in your penis and then waiting.. it’s not my thing. To be honest, I haven’t been the best at cycling. But I use it once a day, so I make myself pump it full and then when I’m done I’ll wait 10 min. That gives me about 30 min a day with it pumped full. It just feel insanely full but I actually don’t hurt or ache anymore. I did probably 10 days ago, but after that way better… My penis has grew back to where it was too. I have read on here if it’s paid you shouldn’t fight it. Just maybe decrease your time and increase it in increments of 10 min each week possibly?

Just so you know, I had no warning whatsoever when I lost my vision. I was taking a shower and shadow developed in my right eye at the bottom of my vision, then it rose like a water line then stopped at the halfway point, I had no vision from the center down. It scared the crap out of me, I had my Ophthalmologist's cell phone number because I was helping his brother sell a car, so I called him. He said it sounds like a retna problem; I will have a specialist call you. The retna specialist called almost immediately and said, "I want you in my office at 10 tomorrow morning." When I woke up the next morning, I had no vision in my right eye. He examined me and said my retna was perfect, but I am sending you to an optic neurologist. All of this was at Scripps in SoCal. When the neurologist examined me the first thing he said was, "Have you been taking Viagra or Cialis?" and I had been. He said there was a relationship of this kind of problem with men taking those drugs.

Basically, what happened was my optic nerve had the blood supply blocked off to it and the optic nerve in that eye died. When they examine my eyes, every 3 months, the optic nerve in my left eye is nice and pink, the optic nerve in the right eye is gray, dead, and will never regenerate.

There are warnings on those drugs about vision problems, some problems are temporary, and others are permanent. They scare me. Ask your urologist about it when he prescribes the Cialis, it is called AION, Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy. I was on 5 mg a day.
