For those that struggle with both ED & PE, How has Penile Injections affected PE

I started this post six months ago, and realize I never followed up since I am now using Trimix.

I started using Trimix for two reasons:

1. Weak erections. I could only do intercourse in one position.
2. To circumvent PE. Unless I practiced slow start/stop sex, I would only last 2 minutes or less.

Because of both of these reasons my wife rarely wanted sex.

On both counts Trimix has been quite successful.

1. I now have an erection for at least 1-2 hours. Even after ejaculation. I can now do most positions that my (old) body allows.
2. I still ejaculate fairly quickly once intercourse begins. At first my wife got quite upset saying I lost my sexual energy once I ejaculated. I suspect this is due to every guy myself included, she's been with would lose their erection. However I have learned that once I ejaculate I can continue sexual intercourse (using Trimix) without the burden or fear of coming too quickly. When my wife comes, I have what seems like another dry orgasm.

Happy to report our marriage is no longer in a state of sexless marriage.

On my second injection (15 units) I too got nothing not even a chubby. My wife wouldnt talk to me for two days.
I think the key for me was two things, identifying where the corpora cavernosa was, and making sure I had a slight chubby. Which gave me target to shoot for,

If you got chubby with 5 units and good with 10 units, mostly the 15 units missed the erectile chamber.

It is extremely hard to ejaculate when i inject with PGE1. The following morning i can easily get an erection without it and easily ejaculate.
