Fibrosis with longterm PGE1/caverject use
So i know trimix will scar the corpora cavernosa over time leading to decreasing EQ, but some studies I’ve read seem to say that PGE1 only therapy is not as associated with fibrosis. Is there anyone here that has been using PGE1 only therapy for many years and it still being as effective?
25 years old. Lifelong (psychogenic?) ED. Can attain erections with viagra+cialis+PT141 but lose arousal randomly during sex with subsequent loss of erection.

What's many years? I'm at over 10 years and it still works just fine. I haven't really noticed any scaring or fibrosis but those hundreds of needle sticks have to be causing some scaring.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.

How often (per week or per month) are you injecting?
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

2 to 3 a week, more for special occasions. Sometimes less.
