Fireman, I'm suspecting your pump has stuck itself to something and is hanging on for dear life. I had a similar problem due to severe inflammation in my scrotum after surgery. It was stuck to the bottom of my penis, leaving about 3 inches of usable penis sticking out. My left testicle was also involved heavily, and to a lesser extent my right. I would get in a hot tub or a hot shower daily and gently grab the pump with one hand and whatever it was stuck to with the other, then increase the amount of force I was using to peel them apart. The feeling was like tearing good adhesive tape off your skin, only this was internal to my scrotum. It wasn't pleasant, but not excruciating either. This took weeks, but the result was my pump is between my testicles in the center and slightly lower and behind them. I will get some irritation now and then on the skin from the pump rubbing the skin onto my underwear, but a little lotion solves the problem.
