So Coreg is a culprit? I take 3.25 mg x 2 per day. Used to be 12.5 x 2 per day. I have a tough time coming on my own sometimes and haven't with my wife since before my abdominal aneurysm repair. #1. The issues about your wife I know are troubling, and probably go deeper than either of your realize. I would suggest counseling. One of two things--you as a couple need to change something, or nothing will change.

#2. Difficulty in reaching orgasm. It is possible that your antidepressant may be playing a part in this. It is a common side effect of many antidepressants. Other chemicals that can play a part include alcohol. Good luck on this. I would agree with others that "solo" sex is not a perversion, even with the use of toys, etc.
