Hello
I'm new to the forum. Brand new, like Dec 10, 2010. I discovered this site by accident while searching for information on ED. There is a wealth of knowledge here. I have been reading daily since I signed up. It is a good feeling to share information with men who have the same condition as myself. I had a prostatectomy (Da Vinci) back in September of this year. My latest PSA as of this month is .02. Gradually my erections are starting to return, but I'm using Edex/alprostadil. I have questions about the different injection products, but I will post them in the proper area. Really glad this forum exists.
Age 59, PSA 7, Gleason 7 (3+4), prostatectomy (Da Vinci) Sep 2010, nerve bundles spared, PSA Dec 2010 .02, using Edex/alprostadil.

Re: Hello
Welcome Elcalmar, Well I know you will find help here. The group of guys here are very direct and frank about answering questions. There are several of us that use injections on here and many have moved on the implants and a few lucky stiffs are in recovery on in line for there new toy. I use Caverject which alprostidal as well. It works fine but I am moving on to Bi Mix because of the cost. More on that in the injections side of the forum. Just wanted to welcome you.

Re: Hello
Greetings fellow traveler,
Welcome to the site. Like you, all of us are pretty new to the whole idea of talking about "stuff" with anyone, let alone a bunch of guys. But this site has proven to be a valuable resource for me and, I'm sure, to most of the others. We're pretty open and direct here, just as the name "franktalk" implies. And most of us use a little humor to lighten the mood now and then. Stay tuned. Check in the chat room. And read all of the forum posts, including the older ones. There are tons and tons of information here.
Taken as a whole, we arrived at the land of limp for different reasons and we are often using different methods to reach our goal. But the goal is the same and that is the point.
Here's to a hard landing for all of us,
Greg from Baton Rouge

Elcalmar,
It was probably 8 years ago that I first started looking online for some information on how to improve my EQ (erection quality), and there was nothing like this. Until now. FT is a unique site with some great guys on board. Welcome!
