When I use Quadmix (30-2-80-0.4) I get an erection that lack stiffness, which leaves the penis unusable for intercourse. So, I purchased a Stays-hard devices which is a penile sling which works surprisingly well.
Both devices are designed to work on the penis from non-erect to erect, the stays-hard device is the cheaper of the two devices and a little harder to place on the penis, the Elator is far more expensive but looks easier to use.

I used the Stays-Hard device yesterday for the first time. Wow what an amazing device!!!!
Best sex by far that I've had since my RP a year and half ago!! Well worth the money at least for me.

Looks interesting but did your partner have any discomfort during intercourse??..The device looks like it would unless covered over by a condom

Re: Stays-hard and Elator devices
My wife says no discomfort at all and would recommend it. The device has plastic tubing covering the metal, there are no sharp edges at all. Considering my opinions, I'm very pleased with this device and will probably buy the better device next time.
I mainly use this device after injecting Quadmix and have use after pumping with a constriction ring.
I hope this information is helpful.

Yes, your information is helpful, thanks! Have you purchased the Elator yet? Just curious to know how well it works?
Age 58, happily married over 38 years. T levels fluctuate but often on the low end. Cialis (Tadalafil) was working great but not so much lately. Viagra works most of the time. Use a Vacurect VED with a PosTVac Mach Ring as a backup.
