So 2 days ago I was using trimix and having vigorous sex. I was in an awkward position where I was sucking on her nipple while having missionary sex, with my neck having to strain downward to make it all happen. Suddenly my hearing in one ear went fuzzy and all I could hear was my heartbeat. This lasted several minutes and ever since then I've heard fluid in my ear like I went swimming and cant get the fluid out.
The next day I went for a hike and as my heart started beating I felt pressure in that same ear and my hearing started getting muffled so I called off the workout.
I'm wondering if this is just a result of something going wrong because of the sex position combined the hard cardio work I was doing, or if the vasodialator effects of trimix could have done something to harm some veins or arteries near my ear or brain. I thought its effects were localized to the penis where it's injected, but can if affect your circulatory system in other places?

Hearing loss while using trimix?
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
Re: Hearing loss while using trimix?
I had Viagra give me bad tinnitus, and it has been associated with Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss.
If you think you might have Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss, GO TO THE DOCTORS IMMEDIATELY!
A prescription or injection of cortisol / cortisteroid medication is the only proven treatment that can save hearing, but it must be done ASAP, not days/weeks later.
I think it unlikely that localised injection therapy would be associated with SSHL, it's just too localised.
I'm hoping it's just a blocked ear, the doctor clean it out with a syringe and water.

45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Your inner ear is probably clogged up. Go to the doctor.
