Hi
I've posted elsewhere but now at 6 months of using injections, the effectiveness is really dropping off.
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20622#p190674
I am now at the point where I need a tight constriction ring on before injection along with 25mg Viagra.
However as soon as I inject (with the ring on really tight), literally 1 min later I can feel my face flush hard like Ive taken the full 100mg of viagra. No action then after a fair bit of coaxing it will start working 15-20 mins later. Its like its only working now as I have a systemic dose of a vasodilator like Viagra. (its not localised anymore)
This did not used to happen. I'd inject with PGE1 or Invicorp, no face flushing or ring needed and 10 mins later ready for action. The injections will no longer work at all if I use them without ring.
Has anyone else found a way of stopping the meds going straight from their cock to the rest of the circulatory system?

Re: Injections flushing straight through to systemic action
How long have you been taking Viagra along with injections though because I would definitely expect injections to multiply the side effects of Viagra. You'd be much better off with Trimix, or Quadmix.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Viagra with injections - twice out of desperation
You cant get Tri or Quad mix outside of USA, certainly not in the UK where I am.
Its PGE1 or Invicorp. nothing else

Have you had a Doppler scan? How many leaks were found?
6 months is very quick for injections to stop working.
One thing instead of PDE5is to try is L-Arginine and L-Citrulline.
But don't mix this with Viagra, as this also potentates the side effects.

I’ve never had a Doppler scan as I was told by Sheffield Urology there wasn’t much point as there is nothing you can do with information to make a different treatment decision.
Have the results influenced your treatment and how so.
Thank you.
I mean I have literally tried everything available in UK apart from implant.

Sildenafil used to make me feel like I was burning from the inside out.
A doppler study shows the rate of blood coming in and going out of your penis. It has to come in faster (and stay) to maintain an erection. A venous leak lets the blood leave before it should.
Since pills and injections are not working, even when used together, it's time to talk to your doctors about options.
