What a 1/2 inch needle?

Greetings-my first uro Trimix appointment is July 31. I used to get the regular 6-7 inch erection when I was young. Even then when soft I was small. Now to use a 1/2 needle when soft seems as if it will go all the way through. Since I will be joining the prick club:) a question. Is the needle always fully inserted? Is anyone else small before injection that a 1/2 needle seems to be rather long? (I am now 63)

Dave , I have the same problem , 1/2 needle is too long , seems the majority of guys use a 31g which is 5/16 long . Just insert all the way , and if you are unsure of being deep enough you can always press a little harder to depress the skin a little .

31g are really painless , no bleeding , and in my opinion less chance of bending than a 1/2 " , and more reliable with less miss fires .

Dave I have a grower penis too. 7+ erect, but very small flaccid.

I use the 1/2 needle w no problem. Yes needle goes all the way in. I just fluff up my penis some before I inject. Shake it out to get a little blood in, then some porn and cock ring or a little bit of pumping just to get a bigger target.

I have a relatively small flaccid and I prefer the 1/2 inch needle. As long as your flaccid measures at least 1" across there should be no problem. Alternatively, if you wrap a cloth tape around your flaccid and it measures at least 3.15" you should be ok with a 1/2" needle. I read somewhere that the average girth of a flaccid penis is 3.75"
