Ok friends can you please tell me if the implant feels like a true philological erection or does it feel like two straws in your penis, my Doc said I would be shorter and thinner after the surgery I thought the implant made your girth bigger, I did the flaccid stretch test and I measured 6.5 inches I can deal with 1/2 to 1 inch lose but any more then that and i'm toast I'm already to small to begin with. I take injections and they do work but after about 10 minutes my penis starts hurting like a son of a bitch and that is a real downer. Please guys give all of your experiences as I am going to have this surgery 9/4/13 I need all the info I can get even if I heard it all before I need to here it again and again. I am just wondering why my Doc said I would be shorter and thinner when the implant AMS700LGX is supposed to inhance girth that part I can't figur out, pile on the info guys like I said I really need it. I just had my AMS700LGX implanted two days ago but from what I saw when my uro unwrapped the bandages yesterday and from what I am seeing and feeling right now, I believe there would absolutely no way anyone could recognize I had an implant, save for the swelling in the scrotum which will disappear later this week. It looks absolutely awesome and my wife is already impressed and EXCITED. The only way anyone would know is to feel the pump in my scrotum. The doctor measured me after he had the unit inflated to about 80% during surgery before he bandaged me and I am exactly the same erect size as I was pre-op...5-1/2" length and my girth measurement is 5-3/4" which is 1/4" MORE than my pre-op measurement. And I am now inflated to about 25% for the next 4 days (and it looks REALLY natural..it actually looks much larger than pre-op when I look down at my partial erection) and then he has given me permission to start practicing inflating and deflating one hour each day so at my next appointment in 1-1/2 weeks, I should be able to demonstrate to him that I can properly cycle the implant.

Also, since I have the LGX, my uro says that I will be able to surpass 6" in both length and girth if I work at expanding the cylinders over the next few months.

I am absolutely pleased with the way things have turned out so far,

It looks quite natural. The only unnatural part is that there is some "hinge effect". By that I mean that the penis is very stiff when pumped but it is not pointed absolutely at one vertical height. You can easily move it up or down over a span of about 45 degrees. This is not a significant problem but it does mean that it is easiest to get an insertion in the vagina by one one of the two of you using a hand to guide it towards the vagina entrance. When that is done, everything works fine.

I will add that mine is absolutely rigid, with no hinge effect, when fully inflated. However, the angle is different. When I was young my erection was essentially vertical. Now it is at about two o'clock.

Yes the implant does look pretty natural to me but it's bigger when flaccid than it was before which is nice. I have the CX, not the LGX, which isn't supposed to gain length, but I've gained 1/2 an inch in length and also in girth in the 4 weeks I've been pumping, so I suspect that with the LGX you'll get even more expansion so don't worry about that now. You won't know for weeks yet. My doc said I wouldn't gain anything when he first pumped me full and I've gained a Lot. So doctors don't know everything....

I do want to say one thing about your size comments. You must know that most of us guys on here have lived with a cock that is 6 1/2 " in length or Less for our entire lives, so it's a bit of an insult when you say that you'll be "toast" and are too short as you are now and can't stand to lose much. C'mon, man. We get by fine with our 5 1/2 inches or maybe 4" for some. It's all in how you use it not in how long it is. Whose yardstick says you're not big enough? Some porn star measurements or what? Get real and relax and don't worry so much. So you'll be more average perhaps, perhaps not. It'll turn out great and a 5" hard dick is far better than a 6 1/2 inch limp one, remember that....

My doc did the titan and you are not supposed to loose any length but you are supposed to gain girth. My penis is bigger when flaccid which is nice. I am at least a 1/2 to 1 inch thicker and length is a little longer as my doctor added 1/2 cm more than he normally did. My doc likes the titan becuase itmis supposed to last longer and is guarantee for life and you dont loose any length.

Wow, you guys are doing great. I have the AMS700 and my girth took a big hit. I am 4 1/2" girth now. I am ok with 5 3/4" length but I wish I had close on girth like you. It is somewhat natural. I do have a revision needed though.

It does not look natural in my case. I lost an inch in flaccid length and two inches in erect length. When erect my penis veers to the right. The tubing from the pump in The scrotum loops over the top of the base of the penis. The tubing ln The scrotum protrudes forward and does not look natural.
There is much to be desired in my case.
