When I search, I get tons of "There is plenty of information here about . . ." but never any threads that spell anything out, LOL
Sex w my post menopausal wife is very rare these days. Once or twice a month maybe. So I have only been injecting once a month.
I feel like my penis is getting smaller from disuse. Erection seems maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch shorter. Not liking that one bit.
I had planned to inject once a week just to keep my skills up, but dropped the ball.
Can anybody help me w a plan?
Here is what I am thinking:
- inject twice a week, followed by long masturbation session.
- do penis ligament stretching exercises three times a week
- Use my penis pump with light pressure, 30 to 45 mins two or three times a week.
Any advice or feedback?

Here is what I'm doing (13 months post RP) according to what I've learned here along with my uro's suggestions:
I pump and let it sit for a few minutes, remove pump and deflate the old boy, pump back up and gradually go to the max size I can get, total time about 20 minutes, and I do it every day. (I believe 30 minutes is the max you should do).
I take 5mg generic Cialis daily.
My uro said I should inject twice a week, for therapeutic reasons at least. I rarely do it that much, although lately I'm making a better effort. I have no pussy around so there isn't a big incentive.

Will definitely try to get some pumping done every day based on your advice. Your pumping routine is pretty interesting, will get that a go too.
I need to get back into pumping condition, but this is what I was doing for that before I got lazy and stopped back in Feb. I have a pretty decent "novelty" set up, with a pump that has a pressure gauge:
5 minutes at a starting pressure of 3”hg
then increase to 4”hg for about 15 minutes
then increase to just under 5”hg for the remainder of 30 minutes.
After that I put on a constriction band and do an erect massage for at least 5 to 10 minutes. I like to go longer if I can.
This is a routine I got from a guy who is on a penis enlargement site. It seemed to really help in terms better bloodflow.
