Ordering from Encore

Postby cwatt1 » Sat Jul 13, 2013 9:49 pm

For those of you who have ordered VED's from Encore, what has been your experience with the company as regards the product itself as well as Encore's followup support, ordering accessories (e.g., tension rings, body shield), and so forth? I really like the design of their Revive Premium system, but I am concerned that the company has a very low rating from the Better Business Bureau. In fact it's an "F".

Most of those "Medical grade" pumps are vastly over rated ... seems the reviews at Amazon for Encore are not good either.

While at Amazon ... simply search: penis pump ... you will find quite a variety ...

I suppose since I am a four year user of the Encore Battery version I should come to the rescue of it's somewhat besmirched name over on Amazon ( although there are plenty of 4s and 5s ratings too).

I was interested in seeing the low ratings reviews and looks like a good cross-section of 'It didn't work for me" type ratings with a smattering of actual broken battery pump issues (It does have a replacement warranty on the motor).

I have to think a lot of the Not Work For Me low ratings are for the same reasons that people come to here looking for pump help -- poor suction seal due to not trimming or shaving -- and of course the old balls in the tube issue due to not holding on to them for dear life the whole pumping time and finally, yes the rings that come with an encore .. or any silicone rings -- just won't really do the job. You need Osbon rings for that (or just order a pump that comes with some I suppose).

But Amazon reviews is not a good place to be giving out advice on how to fix things. That's what FrankTalk is for.

So, the Encore is just as good as any other pump in the $100 range. It'll do fine.

Agusta Medicl Suppl is currently offering a manual or battery operated pump for $109 and free shipping. I have had great success with the manual pump coupled with the Osbon tension band.
