Tri gel is an Intraurethral application. Its the same medication as in injecting trimix etc.I injected for two years and it never really worked well. Since I have a floppy penis head after implant I decided to try the gel. It worked first time in a great way however over two hours of pain so will lower the dosage and take it from there. I experienced no floppy head and my erection was better than I ever had pre ED. Honestly I wasn't expecting it to work but it did.

Hi Alex 258 - what is Tri gel?

Its an Intraurethral application which has the same ingredients as Trimix but no needle. Was very impressed first time use but much pain so will decrease dosage. Used it primarily for floppy penis head which came with my implant surgery.

Hi Cajun Jeff et al

Implant has been put in today and I'm staying overnight until the catheter is removed tomorrow.

I had initial pain killing meds (Morphine I think) bu was still getting pain in the glands. This has now passed and I am only mildly uncomfortable in the perineum area.

Otherwise it all went okay- just waiting to talk to Professor Ralph. Any questions you can suggest?

Good to hear things went well. The first week or so expect anything since all guys heal different. Mine was lots of pain, unfortunately. Hope you heal up quick and enjoy your Titan.
