The end of the implant is roughly 0.4-0.6 inches from absolute distal end of penis.

The implant is not a straight line. At some point in the vicinity of the pubic bone it makes a big bend. Do you measure it on interior or exterior surface? I don’t know. Does it matter? I doubt it.

That being said, I suspect that the bend accounts for the difference between the additional length gained from end of cylinder to tip. I think all along I’ve stated that the math is in exact; however, there’s a lot of guys on here will tell you it’s really close. I’ve been playing with the numbers off and on since I got my implant, over 3 yrs ago.

What you’re seeing is EXACTLY what I saw with my LGX. I can’t tell you not to worry. I worried. But it all works out well and they all lived happily ever after.

You ought to be able to detect end of implant by gently palpating underside of dick head when inflated. You’ll see how much penis extends past there, and that varies depending on if you’re a post-implant glans engorgement guy or not. Comparing notes with other guys who have had a good surgeon, the distance is close to 1/2 and inch. Mines just less than that, call it .4.

I’m seeing similar measurements at the top as yours. But the same goes for the girth. It’s not rock hard like everyone else’s and it’s easily easily bendable.

A few truths for you, Daridima.

1. No two guys have the same experience. Some hurt bad. Others very little pain. Some report very little bruising. Others (like me) bruise really badly with very little pain. Some use ice and swell badly. Others use ice and it does a good job of controlling swelling. There is just no right answer other than what your doctor says. Early on, however, it is not abnormal to have pain, swelling, bruising, soreness, or any combination. Just watch for fever. That’s usually an indicator that you need to see the doctor quickly.

2. The further in time you get from the surgery, the better things will be. A week after surgery, some healing will have taken place but you won’t be completely healed. At 3 weeks you will have healed some more but it’s going to be smaller than before. At 3 months you might have gotten some size back but not all of it, but by this time you know what you’re doing in terms of using it and you won’t be experiencing pain. At a year or so you will wonder why you thought the process would be a big deal, it’s in, you like how it works, and life goes on.

I am Italian, but I had surgery in Istanbul with Prof. Dr. Karaman, in a truly fantastic clinic. That's because the cost in Italy of that surgery is really too high, and I did a lot of research on that particular doctor, and he had excellent references (scientific publications, books, and television appearances in addition to being a professor at the university on the subject) so I decided to go. I installed a Rigicon 10 AX, the same type of prosthesis as the AMS lgx, but with a quadruple layer and a lifetime warranty. The first few days I was in a lot of pain and was very swollen, but the Doctor had 'promised' me that his patients never have swelling or pain beyond 10 days, and I can assure you that this was the case! I had the operation on 3 February, and it's already been two or three days since I had the occasional cramp at most, and the discomfort from the stitches, but nothing more. If the first few days in the hotel I had had ice, they wouldn't even have been so annoying. So for now I can only be happy with my choice. I would also add, because I understand that each doctor has his own method, that Dr Karaman inflates the prosthesis 50% already in the operating room and leaves it 50% inflated for the whole 6 weeks, in order to better form the canals and have less pain when fully inflated, I don't think I've read other posts describing this method, but it seems to work well for now... I will update this diary of mine when the 6 weeks are up.

I had it installed on Wednesday 5/14/25 by Dr Perito. I have a large purple grapefruit between my legs, two drains and no real pain at all. They are keeping the drains in till Monday to help the swelling. I found the pump and pull it down every time I piss, ouch lol. this is my second implant. my titan was damaged during a UROFILL procedure in peoria last September. I was 6.5 " length and 6" girth with the titan and dr Perito said it's now a 7" by 6.5' when he pumped it up while I was in the twilight zone.

my question is does your cock feel oval when fully pumped like the Titan?

Howling8, congrats on the successful revision ! Mine is somewhat oval during max pressure cycling with minor pressure pain. But shape seems normal during sex probably because of engorgement that is better with less extreme inflation.

Hello everyone. I’ve been reading for about 2 months now and finally decided to post. I had my surgery Jan. 10th and have pretty much healed at this point. Im happy to join my fellow bionic brothers lol! My concern is a super common one and I’m hoping to hear from someone who has a similar size implant and issue.

The background: Im 40 y/0 athletic male with Ed since I can remember. I ended up having an ultrasound done and sever arterial issues and my peak systolic velocity was insanely low. Long story short I finally caved and did the surgery 10 days ago.

I’m concerned that my flaccid size will be more or less my erect size which would mean a big loss of previous length. Currently it is 5.5” bone pressed flaccid (after surgery.) is there a way to approximate the fully inflated size I can expect. I’m afraid of what the final result will be. I should add that I am fully deflated.

Hereshoping, I think you will be fine, you have a ways to go before you start cycling the implant. At 6 weeks when the male nurse deflated me from the partial erection that I had for those 6 weeks, I could barely get in 10 pumps with the pain that I was having in the shaft of my penis and the glans. I was about the same as you are with 5 to 5.5 inches bone pressed at that time.
You have a bigger implant than I do, so with cycling you should be able to get a good decent length.
I have the AMS LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tip extenders and I'm at 6.25 inches. I would say it took me a good 4 to 6 months before I was back to my original length.
