Did you stop taking Tadalafil and find your dosage for Trimix and then start back on Tadalafil with a reduced dose of Trimix? Or were you taking Tadalafil, did not stop taking Tadalafil and just started Trimix on a low dose?
I was prescribed the 5mgs of Tadalafil OD after I was on Trimix for about 5 years or so. When I started taking Trimix 10 years ago my dosage was half of what I take now...but the formula was stronger. I would get that dull ache after sex so my Doc dropped the formula to a less stronger mixture and that helped with the ache. In fact it eliminated it..I recently asked the pharmacist at Olympia in FL where I get my Trimix where my mixture was in terms of strength. He told me my mixture which I cite above is in the mid-strong range. I do find for the first 6 months after I receive a new bottle of Trimix I can drop the dosage to 20-25 units. It seems I notice the Trimix losing it's potency around 6 mos and I store it in the freezer. But from time to time I thaw the bottle and fill about 6 or so syringes and then re-freeze the bottle. And I wonder if the thawing and freezing cycle effects the potency as well. The jury as far as I can tell is still out on that. I've seen comments on this forum that thawing and freezing the Trimix doesn't effect the potency at all or very little. But I've also read on various ED clinic sites etc that you shouldn't do the thawing/freezing thing...so who knows?..
