Trimix has been working well for me. After a little experimentation I've figured out what dose usually provides a roughly 1.5 to 2 hour erection.
I have a question about how quickly I can get back into action. By the three hour point I am pretty soft again - sometimes sooner. Can I take another injection then, or is my penis not ready for that yet? Its not something I would do normally, but I'd like to know if its possible for those special date nights.
Is there a Trimix "Refractory Period" ?

Yeah it's certainly possible but definitely not advisable. For sure you should be well experienced with injections and your reactions before considering it.

In theory, you shouldn't inject more often than once every 2 days.
That said, lately i've switched to longer periods without sex and then bursts of 1-2 times per day, few days in a row. It all depends on what your lifestyle allows.
Still, i wouldn't inject back to back. Leave at least 4-6 hours between shots (end of the erection). And probably lower your dose so you get shorter erections. Unless you are a complete beast and your partner doesn't get easily bored, you don't need 2h of erection. This will allow you to chill out faster and then be able to go again sooner.

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

That's smart advice and I it seems that people like you that have been injecting for 15 years plus some 30 years plus don't over do the injections. You hear some people using 5-6 times a week and then wonder why they have to up the dose so rapidly.

Could be that, yeah ^^. Still, have to consider that here in Europe there is no "doses" other than EDEX 10 or 20. And currently injections hardly work for me anymore, i really have to combine them with 1-2 cockrings to obtain 70-80% erection.
It won't last forever for anyone, but i do believe using it with responsibility is a good long term strategy.
