I have a long history with ED. I'm 68 years old and the ED started after a heart attack in 2000. At one time or another I used just about everything. Pills, shots, VED, you name it.
I got a penile implant in 2019. It works just fine, but being a widower, I had nobody to try it on. I finally met a lady and got to try it out. The sex was fantastic! Implant worked like a charm. But my orgasm was kinda an anti-climax. Oh, it felt good. But it was nowhere like the earth shaking orgasms of years past. Just kind of a quick AHHHH! and that was it. Further, instead of shooting my load, the cum just sorta trickled out. I have noticed this before while masturbating, but I had really hoped it would be better when it came to the real thing. It wasn't.
I did a bit of internet research and found a few techniques that are supposed to help such as edging and prostate play. But I don't think that stuff is really for me.
I found a few pill products. Mostly they're marketed to increase semen volume, but they do say that they enhance orgasm making it last longer and stronger. Most notably is a product called Semenax. Problem is, its kinda expensive. About $60 for a one month supply. Has anybody tried this pill or something like it? How did it work? Is it worth the money?
Any other suggestions?

Sometimes mine are knee-buckling, other times it's like "did I cum"?. I don't ejaculate since my prostate is gone, but when the orgasms are good, they are great. Don't know why some are good and some are so-so (age, mental state, who knows)? Keep practicing and you'll hit some good ones. My good ones are more regular than they used to be.

In same sort of spot, had implant done in 2022, before then my happy endings so to speak was ok, then noticed the dribble. After surgery I had to wait six weeks for any type of sexual activity. When I finally got to relieve myself after six weeks there was noticeable shots but then after that just dribble....I have been curious about the Semenax as well and actually jumped on Frank Talk to see if anyone has tried it cause it is pricey I agree, I am close to just biting the so called bullet and getting a 3 month supply of it and seeing if it does what it says.

I had tried to add Zinc, and L Arginine and Lecithin to my diet but nothing has increased, my other issue is that at age 15 I lost one of my testicles so while I can't compare to everyone else out here as far as amount, I still like to increase my output even though running on only 1 manufacturing sperm plant....

I tried Semenax for several months. Didn't notices any increase in volume, don't waste your money.

I have similar problems, lost sensation and very little volume. I can't cum with masturbation, but I can during intercourse, but I do have to work for it.

I guess more than anything, it's all age related. Bummer

It's different but at least you can go until you reach it. I can outlast a movie now, but sometimes orgasm are not as intense as past but I'm satisfied with implant. Wife really like it.

At 63 I understand what you are going through. Doctor told me that is just a part of becoming older. Then he went on to tell that I would still have the sensation of cumming. Mine just never got back once I stopped taken Flomax. Now, it is just a little spit.

Guess I'm in the same boat as some here. Sometimes an orgasm will rock my world, other times it's just ok, sometimes getting there isn't worth the finish. And cum? There isn't anything that I'm aware of coming out. Then later when I stand up a few drops will ooze into my underwear. Old age- so much fun isn't it? Just remember, there are many who never got the chance to see it.
