Thank you all! I will definitely give injections a try. I will admit that I am looking forward to a return to spontaneity one day, but I agree better to try all other available options first. Maybe I won’t mind the shots, either way I welcome a more reliable rigidity.
40 y/o straight married guy with supportive wife. Slowly progressive ED from venous leak since adolescence. Pills were a godsend for years, now as the efficacy fades, I am wading into the land of injections and implant

Tough decision isn't it? Make sure you see a urologist to learn how to inject. Most important is what to do if you have erections that won't go down.
