I have a Titan one touch and I get 38-40 pumps before the pump stays deflated. I’ve tried deflating partially and inflating but it gets to a point where it stays squashed and won’t pump anymore. I’m not complaining as it gets big and hard especially if I’m aroused. I use it from 30 -35 pumps which is more comfortable. I’m going to ask my Dr if that’s it for the saline.
Thanks

Can anybody advice how long a revision takes and if an easy generally no issue operation. My Titian OTR (I think OTR as I press to release the fluid) was fitted Dec 2015.
Best regards,

Andy

Thank you, i can’t seem to find contact info. any chance you know it?[/quote]
Coloplast has a web site. I would look there first, or call your surgeon, who should have the PL's contact information. Different regions of the country have different Liaisons. What part of the country is your home?

If it's just a "revision" and only involves replacing certain parts, the surgery and recovery "should" take less time. How much less, I couldn't say; it depends on what needs to be done.

The risk of surgery is said to be greater w/a revision than a vrigin implant but I still don't undertand why that would be the case, if the surgeon and you take the necessary precautions to prevent it.

While some people intentionally request revisions to "upsize," I've already had enough surgeries and I would not do it unless absolutely necessary.

Very many thanks!

I'm not looking to increase size just to have all working as it has been since Dec 2015. I guess it will still be a general aesthetic and I night in hospital / clinic?
Best regards,

Andy
