Greetings-I could stand a lengthy recovery. However after reading many posts I am slightly alarmed by the posts regarding problems. Examples: When I drive the implant pushes up against the body causing pain. It is sore where the bulb is located. The bulb keeps getting in the wrong location. For you guys that have had an implant over six months how is it going?

I have had epididymitis a about three times in my life so my testicles can get sore easily. Riding a bike regularly would create a lot of pain. Does the bulb bump against the testicles?

I am 9 months post-op today. Once in awhile I get some minor complaints from the scrotum area due to my sitting position causing the pump to crowd the other inhabitants. Some minor changes of the sitting position takes care of that. I don't ride an upright bike anymore so can't comment on that. I do use a recliner exercise bike with no problems. I do sit on the bench of my exercise weight machine with no problem. The only time I bang a testicle is if I am not paying attention while pumping and let the pump slip out of my hand. That doesn't happen very often.

On the other side of the coin, the pleasure of using it for sex is much greater than the small inconveniences of the previous paragraph.

It feels quite natural.

The sensation is the same as before surgery.

I don't know if I lost any size because I did not measure it before surgery. All I know is it reaches where it needs to in order to satisfy my wife.

Yes, the glans get engorged some. Not like when I was 20 years old, but enough for good feeling. My cylinders are about half way into the glans. I do need to use a little lubricant to get an entry but it all works out fine.

Nathan - like I told you when we talked on the phone, RELAX! I'm almost 2-1/2 years now and it gets better all the time. My glans are engorging more, my sensitivity is getting better, and dang, it looks so good to lie on my back and see that baby standing up pointing at the ceiling with no help. I could never do that, even when I was a teen. Thats why I knew something was different about me. As us young boys had our contests to see who was winning the size game thru puberty, they all stood up with no problem. I could get mine there, but it faded fast. Trust me, looking at my dick standing proud now gives me a wonderful feeling.

Regarding "Trust me, looking at my dick standing proud now gives me a wonderful feeling." That must be really nice! I have not been able to do that in years. I am first trying Trimix to see if that works. I have no problem with needles and need the solution adjusted. My biggest fear with implants is testicular pain-a simple bike ride can create problems. My fear concerning this issue may be unjustified as the pump may not be banging around. Thoughts?

Problems with the implant? None now. All the little issues such as discomfort have gone away. My longest lasting issue was minor discomfort when my new and larger penis would get squeezed by my pants/underwear/leg. The caps that protrude into the glans area would start hurting if they were squeezed in my pants for a while. I did a lot of readjusting for the first year or more. That only happens rarely now.

Everyone worries about losing size. That was not an issue for me. What was an issue was how much size I gained when flaccid. It is considerable and took some getting used to. I can do the hands free pee at the urinal now and not even e close to wetting my pants. (Yea, you can see some guys glancing and wishing they could do that. lol)
