Frank, I think your translator was misleading. Scrotum or testicle tissue temporarily sticking (attaching) to the pump during the healing process is common. It’s dependent on variables in the human healing process and can occur with any Coloplast or AMS pump.

I had my implant on Feb 7th, and I had a lot of swelling for the first two weeks. My Scrotum was the size of a grapefruit, and my penis also swelled around the base of the glans.
My glans is still very sensitive, with some minor swelling that subsides when sleeping. Anything touching it feels like sandpaper.
Moreover, the pump seems to be stuck to the front of my scrotum. The skin is still pretty thick, making it impossible to find the deflate button. I've been trying to pull it down, and to also roll the skin to try to peel it free from the pump, but not having much success. After 2+ weeks I went to have it checked, and the nurse said it was looking normal, but with a bit more swelling than usual. She also could not find the button.
The doctor came in and also tried. I finally had to stop him, as it felt like my balls were in a vise as he tried to manipulate the pump.

I'm interested if anyone else has had a similar experience. What, if anything needed to be done, and how did it turn out?

hi, due to the attached pump, the doctor advised me to put my balls in the hot water in the bidet because he forbade me to shower and bathe for up to 1 month, now he has authorized me to shower but not to bathe, I tried to disconnect the pump from the scrotum but it seems to. not having succeeded until about 20 days, I tried to move it and put it in a more comfortable spot for me, but then it went back to where it was, now I feel the pump detached from the scrotum, there are moments of the day that my shaft but unlike before I think it is because it is gaining circumference also because it is visible, the problem is that the tips under the glans hurt, not the ones that go all the way, and last night I saw the cylinders inflate up to feel discomfort almost at the end of the glans, the other problem is that the sensitivity from the middle up of the penis is not returning at 36 days today, frankly I find it hard to believe those who say that at 1 month they say everything is fine for me as if in fuck they hadn't put anything inside them, the doctor said and to be patient that everything will pass soon, last night I realized that when I ride a bicycle at maximum the glans deflates and as a result it seems to have lost almost half an inch, plus not swelling the glans the tips seem to come out of the glans at any moment, the doctor said to take 5 mg of cialis a day, now I'm doing this test, maybe with cialis and the best engorgement can expand the tissue of the glans better penis and I would have an easier time cycling and penis enlargement to take measures

At 7.5 weeks post op the bottom third of my shaft and the incision area on my scrotum is still numb. Ive had surgeries in the past where the incision site and adjacent area stayed numb for weeks, if not months. I worried about it a bit then. All sensation eventually returned. Nerves heal. This time i suspect is no different. Even rubbed one out for the first time couple of days ago. Had to focus on the glans and upper shaft, but it was a big milestone.

I suspect your sensation will return.

the thing that scares me is that before my penis was very sensitive, now it's only sensitive to pain and discomfort and not pleasure, has anyone been through this at 36/50/70 days? mostly to put my soul at peace and calm down
