Hi All,
My name is Brian. I'm 53. type 2 diabetic and had a quad bypass and pacemaker in Jan 2013 and have had back surgery in June for herniated discs. I had a disc go in 2007 and since
that time, have not been able to get an erection.
I am interested in getting information on the different types of treatments for ED. I want to explore all possibilities so I can once again enjoy intercourse with my wonderful wife who has been most understanding and supportive in helping me deal with ED.

Brian ... Welcome to FT ...
First I would suggest going to a Urologist to examine the extent of your ED related issues. Most URO's will start you off on pills (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) and VED (vacuum pump) and see if that helps. If not then it's on to Injections (80% effective) ... then you can also consider an Implant.
Keep us posted on your progress ... and read thru the various Forums to get an idea of what to expect.
