Hello. How does VED help with scarring? And how is VED used in this case? How many minutes?

My non-medical guess is the corpral dilation via VED is it prevents scar tissue from obstructing it whereas if you encounter damage to your tunica or corpra and let it heal in the contracted state it will resist dilation.
